He’s happiest curled up nearby or snoozing peacefully in his kennel, which he actually loves and often chooses as his go-to resting spot during the day. This handsome guy would do best in a cat-free home, and while he can coexist with other dogs, he does need a little time to warm up to larger dogs. Once he feels comfortable, his gentle personality really shines. Meet Ebby!This sweet 12-year-old girl was found outside of a Southeast Texas tiki bar, dodging traffic, when a kind stranger swooped her up. Despite efforts to locate her owners, no one ever came forward.Ebby has since undergone mammary tumor removals and is overall happy and doing well. Story
Dreya was originally found on the side of the road. She was aggressive towards men and territorial prior to her being surrendered to us. While in our care, we rehabilitated her behavior and she has done great. She loves to cuddle and be with her foster humans as much as possible. Dreya seems to be dog selective, and does generally fine with the dogs in her foster home. However, due to incidents which we are happy to explain to anyone interested, she has been marked as not dog friendly. It was also noted that she needs a backyard, as she does not like to go potty on a leash. Dreya is truly a sweet and loving dog, however, she will need to continue to be rehabilitated and worked with, this is why we selected an experienced adopter. Dreya is very teachable, and responds well with consistency, and determination. Dreya will need general socialization to help her continue her journey of trust and love. Dreya is in need of a "Unicorn Adopter", can you be her diamond in the rough?
