Mulligan is a sweet, goofy and loving guy that seems to like everyone he meets including other dogs.  Mulligan is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age appropriate vaccines. He is available for adoption at the Pet Pantry's main facility, 26 Millersville Road, Lancaster. If you think he may be the purrfect match for your family please fill out an adoption application! Applications are available at our location as well as online at petpantrylc.org. From there, our adoption coordinator will be in touch!June 19, 2026, 3:10 pm
