Allie (Female)'s Story Description of the Pet **Applicant Requirements:** -Be at least 21 years of age and the Homeowner or Rentee. -Households with children under 8 years of age, must have a physical fence attached to the home or an electric/invisible fence. However, there are other instances when a fence may be required for the safety of the dog or puppy Name: Allie Age: 3 years DOB: 8/10/23 Weight: 55 lbs. Crate-trained: Yes PLEASE NOTE: To apply to adopt, the application and adoption process can be found on our website greenmorerescue.org. Please read dog's bio carefully before applying. Meet Allie! Allie is a 3-year-old Labradoodle/Black Labrador Retriever mix with a big smile and an even bigger zest for life! This happy girl loves having fun and is always ready for her next adventure. Whether she’s playing in the yard, heading out for a walk, or splashing around in a creek, Allie brings plenty of enthusiasm wherever she goes. She absolutely loves the creek and is happiest when she gets to splash and explore! Because she gets so excited (life is just that fun!), Allie is working on channeling that excitement in more focused ways, like holding a toy while getting harnessed or heading out for walks. These simple redirections help her stay focused and set her up for success. With consistency and positive reinforcement, she'll continue to build those skills. One of Allie’s hidden talents? She is a total pro in the car! Once she hops in, she settles right down and lays quietly for the entire ride. For a girl who loves adventure, she sure knows how to be chill when it’s time to hit the road! Allie is both dog-friendly and kid-friendly! She would do best with children who understand that she's a playful dog who can get excited during playtime. Kids who are comfortable around an active dog and can respect her space when she needs it will make great companions for her. She also enjoys the company of other dogs and loves having canine friends to play with. A fenced yard is a must for Allie so she can safely run, play, explore, and enjoy all the fun life has to offer. If you're looking for a fun-loving companion who enjoys adventures, loves the water, is an absolute superstar in the car, and will keep you smiling along the way, Allie might be your perfect match! Adoption donation is $425 cash, $450 credit, debit or Venmo. This donation includes a microchip. Another great reason to adopt form Greenmore.... Greenmore Rescue preforms the 4dx blood test on ALL of our adult dogs FREE OF CHARGE to adopters! If the dog you are interested in tests positive for any of these conditions, treatment will already have been started or completed. Your Adoption Counselor will review any findings with you and we will provide all medical records, along with any medication the dog may need at the time of adoption. ***A NOTE ON BREEDS: The dog's listed breed(s) is the best assessment made by a veterinarian, pet finder or rescue staff and is not guaranteed. Story
This is Sandy, not only is she a beautiful girl, but she is super sweet and very good natured…more on the easy going submissive side. She seems to love everyone that she meets, and she really enjoys any attention that they wish to lavish her with. Still being a youngster, she has a lot of puppy play in her but she is not hyper, making her all that much fun to be around. She is used to being around quite a few dogs and she came with three siblings, so she gets along well with other dogs and she always has a big time playing with them in the play yard. My wish for Sandy is to be adopted by a fun and active family that will include her in their everyday comings and goings. Sandy’s Mom is a black Labradoodle but Dad was a traveling man. Sandy is 6 ½ months old (dob 2/22/26) and weighs 40 pounds. She has been spayed, microchipped, 4DX heartworm, fecal tested, current on all vaccinations, worming and is on heartworm and flea prevention. Her adoption fee is $400. Sandy is being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted she will be transported to her pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area most weeks and her fee includes transportation. Due to state laws, we cannot accept applications from residents of Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island or Maine since we can’t adopt directly to those states.

Story
Meet Mello – Delightfully One of a Kind Mello is the kind of dog who makes you do a double take—in the best possible way. With his short legs, slightly wiry coat, and unmistakable charm, he’s living proof that “interesting” and “absolutely adorable” go hand in hand. We’re told he’s a mini labradoodle… but honestly, Mello is just 100% Mello. At 9 years young, this guy still has plenty of pep in his step! He enjoys his walks, loves hanging out with his people, and is the kind of companion who truly values connection. Whether you’re heading out for a stroll or settling in for some couch time, Mello is all in—as long as he’s with you. Now, like any distinguished gentleman, Mello comes with a few quirks. He prefers that his prized possessions (think food or high-value treasures) are respected and not taken from him. With clear boundaries, respectful handling, and an experienced home, this is very manageable—and Mello will reward you with loyalty and love in return. Mello’s highlights:• 9 years young with just the right amount of pep• Affectionate and people-oriented• Enjoys walks and lounging alike• Delightfully unique in both looks and personality Mello is looking for a home that sees the beauty in being a little different—one that will appreciate his quirks, respect his boundaries, and love him for exactly who he is. He may not be your “typical” dog… but he just might be your perfect one Senior Soulmates Program: We believe senior dogs and senior adopters make some of the very best matches. Through our Senior Soulmates Program, adopters age 65+ who welcome a senior dog (8 years or older) into their family receive a reduced adoption fee of $275 Mostly Muttz Rescue, PO Box 406, Gilbertsville, PA 19525PA Kennel License 10872 ##2646105##

Story
Meet Miz Bizkit: Miz Bizkit is about a 2 year old (as of June 2024) lab mix that weighs 57 pounds. Miz Bizkit was a neighborhood stray in the city who found a random house to have a litter of puppies under. Miz Bizkit and her pups were wondering around looking for food when animal control was called to get them to safety back in 2023. The puppies (food litter) were all adopted out and Miz Bizkit stayed with a souther foster for heart worm treatment and socialization. Miz Bizkit has completed her treatment and is now ready for her forever home. She is looking to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania nto meet more prospective families. Miz Bizkit is a sweetheart and loves every adult she meets! She’s mostly independent and not much of a cuddler, but she loves back scratches! Miz Bizkit prefers a calmer environment. Miz Bizkit absolutely loves to play ball - she will play keep away though so having 2 balls to switch out makes for a more fun way to play. Miz Bizkit is very food and treat motivated; she knows sit, shake, and listens well. Miz Bizkit has worked with a trainer for a few weeks and they have assessed that she does well and is happiest when she is familiar with the people and dogs she is around. She can do well with savvy older kids or teens. With other dogs she does well with slow, thoughtful introductions and in a calm setting; she is an alpha dog and will show her dominance. She would do best as an only dog. She is sweet with adults and not overly reactive with strangers. Miz Bizkit is a great girl for the right fit. Miz Bizkit is housetrained - she hasn’t had any accidents in the house while on a routine break schedule. Miz Bizkit is leash trained and crate trained and she rides well in a vehicle! Miz Bizkit will need a physically fenced in yard for her to run and play freely. Miz Bizkit is up to date on her shots and spayed. If you are interested in adding Miz Bizkit into your life, please go to Charlie’s Crusaders website (www.charliescrusaders.org) to fill out an application. Story
Meet Bo: Bo is about a 10 week old (as of September 2, 2026) black lab mix (best guess) that weighs around 18 pounds. This adorable Dukes of Hazzard litter (Daisy, Bo, and Luke) was found as strays in Batesville, AR and made their way into our rescue. Bo is now being fostered in the Reading, PA area and would love to meet his forever family! Bo is well socialized and has never met a stranger. He is the leader amongst his litter mates. Bo is sweet, snuggly, and so soft! He loves playing in the water like a typical lab. Bo gets along with dogs and cats. We would expect this litter to be great family dogs as they love people and love to be held. Bo will need an active family to make sure he gets his exercise as he grows through his puppy lab phases. Bo is working on house training, but as a puppy, he will need some patience while he continues to master the process. Bo is crate trained and learning how to walk on a leash. We would love for Bo to have a home with a fenced in yard for him to run and play freely as he grows. Bo is up to date on his puppy shots and will need to be neutered when age appropriate. If you are interested in giving this love-bug a great life, please go to Charlie’s Crusaders website (www.charliescrusaders.org) to fill out an application. Story
Meet Chief: Chief is about a 2 year old (as of August 2026) silver lab mix (best guess) that weighs about 75 pounds. Chief was found as a stray and taken to a high kill shelter in Mississippi. Our rescue heard about this sweet boy and were able to find a place out of the shelter for him. Chief is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Chief is such a handsome guy with a sweet personality and love affection! He is very smart and already knows some commands - learning more should go very well! Chief is great with people and other dogs. Chief loves playing with puppies. He is an energetic lad and will need an active family that loves to be outside. Chief loves hiking and splashing through water. Chief walks well on a leash. Chief is crate trained, but prefers to be out of his crate and, ideally, outside. Chief is house trained but is currently residing in an outdoor kennel, so he may need some patience while adjusting back into the house. Chief will need a home with a fenced in yard so he can run and play and lounge freely. Chief is up to date on his shots and neutered. If you are looking for a beautiful boy to be a great family member, please go to Charlie’s Crusaders website (www.charliescrusaders.org) to fill out an application.
