Story
“You Think I Don't Know Ball?” Meet Emma! At 6 years old, Emma the Pit Bull mix has mastered the art of ball. Fetch? She invented it. Catch? She’s a pro. Tug? Only if you can keep up! With her adorable ears perked and eyes locked in, Emma takes her playtime very seriously - and she wouldn’t have it any other way. But don’t let her athletic skills fool you - Emma’s also a total sweetheart who loves spending time with her favorite people. She’s loyal, affectionate, and will happily snuggle up after she’s proven, once again, that yes… she does know ball. Emma is looking for an experienced adopter who understands her zest for life and can continue her training journey. She’ll need to be the only pet in her home so she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves. She’s also part of our Paws Forward Program, which means her adopter will receive 3 free training sessions with Janette from Kind K9s to help Emma keep shining both on and off the field. If you’re ready for a loyal teammate, a goofy best friend, and a champion ball player, Emma is ready to play ball… forever. Can't adopt? Please share!

Story
This is Jack. He is a 5 year old pittie boy that has spent over two years waiting for the right person to come through our doors. Jack is a stunning, smart, and incredibly loyal boy who has been with us for 847 days— and while we’ve grown to love him deeply, he deserves so much more. He deserves a home. Jack is looking for a very special adopter: someone with experience, patience, and a deep understanding of dogs. He must be the only pet in the home, and he’ll need a home without children. But if you’re his person? You’ll get a devoted companion, a playful goofball, and a walking buddy for life. He adores his walks and proudly shows off his stuffies during play time. He’s working hard in our Pawsitive Pawgress Program, which includes three free training sessions after adoption with KindK9s to help support a successful transition into your home. We do ask that if you are interested in Jack, you come in a few times to get to know him. He is a part of our Foster-to-adopt program as well! Jack has waited so long for his chance. Please help us find him the person he’s been waiting over two years for. Maybe it’s you. Maybe it’s someone you know. But let’s not let him wait too much longer. 🖤

Story
Coco is a 6-year-old large mixed breed with a heart as big as her paws. She’s been with us for almost a year now waiting patiently, learning to trust, and dreaming of a quiet home where she can finally relax. Coco is shy at first, but once she knows you, she’ll be your ride-or-die best friend. She’s the kind of dog who wants to be wherever you are—your velcro shadow, your couch potato buddy, your soft-eyed sidekick who asks for nothing more than love and a comfy spot by your side. Coco has lived with other animals before, and while she may do well with the right match, she’d need a home without small children. What she needs most is a calm, experienced person who can give her the time and space to build her confidence and feel safe. She’s currently part of our Pawsitive Pawgress Program, which includes three free training sessions with KindK9s after adoption to help ensure she’s set up for success in her new home. As much as we adore her, we don’t want to celebrate an anniversary with Coco. We want to celebrate an adoption day instead. 💛 If you’re looking for a quiet, loyal, loving companion who just wants to be your homebody bestie—Coco is waiting for you.
