Marley is a handsome, 5 month old, male Golden Retirever/German Shepherd mix. (see DNA panel results in pics)  He's only about 40ish lbs right now, but he has lots of growing to do. We are still learning about Marley but we are told by the kennel staff: "Marley has been with us for 1 week today and his sweet, funny, personality is coming out. He loves to puppy play. He is very smart and learns commands quickly. He's becoming a star on the agility equipment. He takes time out for snuggles and petting.  We believe he's a majority golden retriever mix with possibly shepherd. Marley will make a wonderful family fur member!"This is gonna be a smart boy who would do well with a family wanting to do training and continue agility! Puppies are a lot of work, and if you are interested in Marley and have children, you should check out GRRAND policies page before you read further… In a nutshell, GRRAND policies stipulate a few important things that may stop you from applying  A: GRRAND will NOT place a puppy under the age of 6 months with families with children under 6 yrs old  B: Any applicant with children under the age of 16, will require a home with direct access to a securely fenced yard… so this means no apartments or condos Apartments and condos can also be tricky for adult only households, as puppies can be whiny and loud, and may make too much noise for the neighbors as well He will be looking for a home with a fenced in yard and a family with LOTS of time and patience to socialize and work with a puppy sohe can grow up to be a good dog!
