Story
Meet Jayda, she is an eight year-old purebred eastern German Shepherd, who has only known one home since she was eight weeks old. Professionally trained since puppyhood she is obedient, gentle, and exceptionally well socialized-equally at ease at the dog parks as with children are curled up on the couch for cuddles. She has lived alongside other dogs, her entire life and is never shown a single moment of aggression towards another animal or a human. She is fully house trained, and free roams comfortably- no crate needed. Her guard dog instincts are sharp, but her heart is even sharper. Her health is outstanding and has eaten only human grade dog food since birth(farmers dog currently). She has received annual health check ups with the same vet since she was eight weeks old. She does take a daily thyroid tab with breakfast (30$ a month). A small footnote on her otherwise glowing health record. Given the incredible life she has lived don’t let her age fool you she has many years to go 😁

Story
Meet this handsome Sheperd mix, Lucien. Typical shepherd, he is not loving life being in a kennel, especially because he is very social with people! So being isolated is no fun. When he is out for his daily walks - he loves to give kisses, stay near you as you walk around (when he's off leash) and use his nose to sniff around and take in the world around him. He is young, bright, trainable, affectionate, adventurous. He is looking for his life adventure buddy! If you love the energy and personality of a shepherd, look no further than Lucien.

Story
Meet Maizey: A Loyal Dog Looking for Her Forever Co-Pilot! (Female-German Shepard/Pit Mix 1.5 Years) If you’re looking for a dog who loves "hard," look no further. Maizey is an 18-month-old bundle of pure, unadulterated joy. She doesn’t just like her humans—she adores them. Maizey is a "hugger" in the literal sense; if you’re sitting down, don’t be surprised if she comes right up to lean in and ask for a full-body embrace and a few kisses. Maizey is what we call a "strong lover," which is a polite way of saying she hasn't quite realized how big she’s grown! She’s a goofy, clumsy sweetheart who just wants to be where you are. Whether it’s a quick trip to the gas station or a hike at the park, Maizey is ready to hop in the car and be your dedicated sidekick. Maizey’s Favorites: * Anything Wet or Frozen: Maizey is obsessed with water—if it’s wet or frozen, she’s all in! She loves playing in the hose sprayer, frolicking in the snow, and even enjoys ice cubes as her favorite "low-calorie snack" to keep her occupied. * Playtime & Bonding: She has a lot of "puppy plus" energy and thrives when she’s bonding with her people through play. She can get a little frustrated if that energy isn't released, so she loves a home that makes her part of the action. * Canine Companions: She would thrive best with another dog in the home—ideally one with a similar energy level who can keep up with her love for a good game of tag. The Ideal Home: Maizey would love a fenced-in backyard where she can run to her heart's content. However, a yard is not a requirement as long as you are an active person! If you’re committed to exercising her through long walks, hikes, or other adventures, she will be perfectly happy bonding with you on the move. Because she is a bit of a "bull in a china shop" when she gets excited, she needs a home without small children simply to ensure she doesn’t accidentally knock anyone over during a "zoomie" session. The Bottom Line: Maizey isn't a "background" dog; she wants to be your best friend, your shadow, and your partner in adventure. If you have room in your heart (and on your lap) for a big sweetheart, Maizey is waiting for you! Location: currently in a foster home. Medical: All dogs are spayed/neutered, current on age appropriate vaccines (rabies, distemper, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella), microchipped, negative heartworm tested, given flea/tick/heartworm prevention and dewormer, and any other veterinary care that is needed prior to adoption.
