Story
He is just the sweetest most nicest dog you will ever meet. I rescued him from being put down from an adoption place in another state he was brought to me in Northport Michigan where I was living. We just had a sudden change in lifestyle we had a landlord issue and have been put out on the streets right now I am living in my car and going from hotel to hotel with my daughter and I always have to keep him put up in the car because I cannot afford for him to be at the hotel and there's only so many hotels I can stay at right now it's a long story but it's not fair to him to have to be cooped up in a car I love him very much I saved him from being killed and that would be the last thing I would ever want for him that's why I'm desperately trying to find him a home everything I have said so far about the dog is true he is good with kids he's good with other animals he has housebroken and he is very smart he listens very well and he's a good dog to take for a walk. He is very very friendly

Foster or Foster to Adopt???? Gunner: Low-Key Guy Seeking Snacks & Soft Blankets ??Introducing Gunner — a 6-year-old black-and-white pit mix who’s currently rocking the “before” picture in what we know will be an epic glow-up story.Right now, Gunner could use a few extra groceries, some TLC, and a comfy spot to land while he gets back to his best self. The good news? He’s already got the personality part down.? Age: 4 (mature, but still appreciates the occasional zoomie)? Vibe: Chill guy — not overly hyper, not clingy, just a solid dude? Dog Skills: Has lived with other dogs Gunner’s current Wishlist includes:?? Snacks. Then more snacks.??? A cozy place to nap while he works on his “after” photo?? A human who understands that sometimes love looks like patience and second helpingsHe’s the kind of dog who doesn’t demand the spotlight — but could use some love and good luck.Think of him as a “slow burn” best friend: low drama, good company, and incredibly rewarding.Fostering Gunner means helping him fill out, feel safe, and remember just how good life can be — and in return, you’ll get a sweet, steady companion who will absolutely steal your heart (and probably your snacks).?? Take a chance on Gunner — he’s ready to bulk up on love.Gunner is scheduled to be neutered towards the end of April or early May. He really could use some time out of the kennel to get healthier. Story
I adopted Silver from a shelter last September. He had been found as a stray four months before this… was timid, afraid, and underweight. I believe he had been abused in a former home because he takes discipline extremely seriously, oftentimes imagining he is being disciplined for no reason. This behaviour, though, has gotten much better as his sense of security has grown being in a safe place He is incredibly bonded with me, his person, and is highly protective of me. When I adopted him, I was told he was fine with cats. Unfortunately, this has not been the case in my home. I am heartbroken to have to part with him but my cats are terrified and do not feel they have free range of the home which was theirs’ before the entrance of Silver. Silver is highly intelligent, great with other dogs, affectionate, funny, cuddly, and very handsome. I believe he would be happy in a home with another dog, perhaps… no cats, and a family where there is youthful energy and a lot going on. 🙏
