Once I get to know you, I will be your best friend, give you endless kisses and snuggle up on your lap even though I weigh almost 60 lbs. I live with three other dogs right now of all different sizes. I really don't like cats, so no kitty friends for me. But I have been friends with every human I have met from big to small. I love running outside and belly rubs galore. Piggy because when I get excited I snort a little! You see, I’m just your happy-go-lucky best friend in the making! I find joy in the simple things—laying in the grass, playing with my little puppy buddy next door, taking short strolls, or proudly destuffing toys like it’s an Olympic sport. And cuddles? Always a yes. But if you really want to see me light up, give me a ball. I’ll play for hours, making the most ridiculous noises that, sound like a mix between a seal and a pig! I might cry a little when I can’t reach it or playtime ends, but I’m also perfectly content curling up in my crate for a long nap. Once I get to know you, my true personality shines I’m sweet, affectionate, and happiest when I can be near my people. I’m not the wild, bouncy type — I’m more of a medium-energy girl who enjoys a good balance of playtime and relaxing. I love: Chewing on bones and stuffies Treats (I’m very treat-motivated!) Playing with other dogs Lounging near my humans once I trust them I live with other dogs and do great with them, and I’m good with kids once I’m properly introduced.  I’m also pretty proud of my manners — I’m potty trained, crate trained, and I know commands like sit, down, and crate. I walk nicely on a leash and I’m still getting used to car rides. My ideal home would be a calmer environment with patient humans who are willing to help me build confidence through love, routine, and gentle socialization. In return, I promise to be a loyal, loving companion who will stay close once I know I belong.  I can be  very shy when meeting new people , so I’m hoping my future family understands that love sometimes grows slowly — and that’s okay.
