Story
Diesel: 5-6 y.o. neutered male German Shepherd (71 lbs) Diesel is an attention loving, energetic, loving boy who acts like he has never seen food anytime it is around or he is being fed. The food drive has helped immensely in his training where he is a quick learner. He started with us as a little quiet and stand-offish at first in a new home as he gets comfortable, but once he opens up he is a total love bug! He will ask for belly rubs, armpit scratches and be the first to cuddle up to you in bed! His manners on the leash are improving, he is getting better with basic commands and impulse control. He loves to learn and has a job to do! Diesel loves walks and being outside. He tends to be reactive to other dogs when we go on walks, nothing that some extra attention and training can’t fix. We believe diesel will thrive in a single dog household, given his background, newer reactivity and temperament. He would do very well in a house where walks, park runs or adventures are a daily thing as he loves to get out his energy and have a job to do If interested please follow these steps: 1. fill out and submit an application online at: https://form.jotform.com/240361716308149 2. Please send in home and yard photos for approval. *please note: We like to do 2 week Foster to Adopts on adult dogs,so the dogs don't have to move around as much and they can bond and make sure they fit into your home before completion of adoption.* Dogs adoption fee's will include vet visit/exam, spay/neuter, microchip, blood work up/dental if vet says it is needed, dewormed, up to date on shots (DHPP and Rabies, Bordetella can be done if requested we don't do it normally as we don't have the dogs in boarding, dog parks or high risk locations), Current on 1 dose of flea treatment in case they brought any with them from CA.  If anything isn't mentioned please ask. Adoption fees vary $300-$500 depending on the dog and medical care needed/required. Adoption fee for each dog will be noted in write up. ##2738850##

Story
Tank: 3 y.o. neutered male German Shepherd/ Belgian Malinois Mix (75 lbs) Tank is a young guy with goofy energy, however he briefly tends to be more shy when meeting new people, going new places or trying new things. We are working on boosting his confidence, and he’s grown a lot in his foster home in just a few short months! He LOVES food and has been picking up some good habits (like heeling on a leash and waiting to get his release word for dinner time) quickly since he is very food motivated. Tank wants to be where you are and once he feels comfortable with you (in a day or 2), he will become your velcro dog. Be forewarned, he believes he is small enough to be a lap dog, so cuddles, pets and attention are a top priority. He will thrive in a home where walks or adventures are a daily routine. We believe he would do well in a house with other large dogs or children (who are old enough to have boundaries around him) as long as the intro is gentle and goes at his pace to help him build confidence. Although he was labeled by the shelter as a malinois mix, he does not seem to have the temperament of a Belgian Malinois, energy levels are moderate and managed well with a bit of exercise or enrichment! If interested please follow these steps: 1. fill out and submit an application online at: https://form.jotform.com/240361716308149 2.
