Story
Ruger is a huggable, silly 8 yr old pit mix, 33 pounds, looking for his forever home. Ruger was raised w/a German Shepherd, which he loved & adored for 7+ yrs. A new dog was brought into home & Ruger no longer fit in & bad behaviors surfaced & placed on anxiety meds. Unfortunately, the meds did not ease his anxiety & startle reflex. Since I had a relationship w/family & Ruger, I took him in. He is okay w/older children that allows Ruger to come to them. He is a great dog & he is getting lots of love, attention, good food, & daily walks. He thinks he is a lapdog & loves to be w/his person. What's going on is I have a problem w/aggressive dogs on my back fence line that are highly sensitive to Ruger's scent & bark, in turn, Ruger gets protective. It is a daily backyard dance to make sure he is safe. Problem 2: I have an alpha cat that stalks & torments him & will start a fight; he does not bother other 2 cats. He is so loveable & goofy he deserves a place of his own to play.

Story
Buddha is the ultimate couch potato and snuggler. He loves to swim and snuff out critters. He loves anything outdoors, camping etc. He is very independent and enjoys being #1. Buddha would be perfect for someone that doesn’t have another male dog in the home. He has the tough guy mentality. He blends into almost every environment that he has been introduced to. He chill with kids and cats. He likes to do his own thing. Give him a blanket to curl up in and he’s happy. He’s been a free range guy since day one so he doesn’t have great leash manners. If you’re looking for a sweet lap dog, Buddha is your guy.

Story
Makenzie was a stray in CA, at only 20lbs she is a mini bull terrier mix. She is fostered in Portland OR, with another dog. Foster doesn't have any cats but says she doesn't seem to want to chase stuff on walks. She is crate trained but doesn't love it. She is house trained, walks on leash decently, loves to be around her people, would be great for an emotional support or therapy dog. Barks when sees people/dogs walking past the house but is very quiet otherwise per foster. She is only 19-20lbs she is a Miniature Bull Terrier mix. She is about 2 years old.
