Hiya Friends! My name is Atlas and I'm a handsome black 6-7 month old male German Shepherd. I am located in Greeneville TN and will be available for transport.

Training: needs full obedience training
1. I was thrown out like trash and ended up at a high kill shelter. Thankfully IDGSR rescued me!
2. Since being at the IDGSR farm, I'm learning all about puppy life! I'm a nice sweet boy who loves to play with other dogs, get lots of pets, and my new obsession is tasty treats.
3. I am working on house & crate trained but please be patient with me if I have an accident here or there. I'm still adjusting to my surroundings!
4. I would love an active home where I can be taken on walks, runs, hikes, or go on car rides. Since fall is coming up, let's get out and explore!
5. Being a young dude, I need to get a PHD in obedience training. Will you paw-promise to teach me sit, stay, come, down, place, leash walking, leave-it, and all sorts of other important commands?
6. If you are looking for a handsome, active, resilient, athletic, friendly, and loving new companion - I'm your guy!

***IMPORTANT ADOPTION INFORMATION***
-ALL dogs are fostered in TENNESSEE unless otherwise noted
-We do transport dogs to the east coast; a transport fee will apply
-All dogs are up-to-date on vaccinations, heart-worm testing, monthly preventatives, & are spayed or neutered
-Puppies under 6-months of age will require a SPAY/NEUTER CONTRACT, a portion of the adoption fee will be refunded upon documentation of the spay/neuter
-An application must be submitted before scheduling an appointment to meet a dog
-Dogs are introduced to prospective adopters BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
-Due to the high volume of emails we receive, first priority will be given to those with submitted applications
-All rescue work is done by dedicated volunteers, please be respectful of their time
