Hi, I'm Prudence! I'm a 6-year-old female German Shepherd mix! I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, spayed, and microchipped.3 words that describe me: Curious, affectionate, vocalThings my foster mom has to say about me: Prudence is doing so well. Loves having a home setting and every day gets more comfortable. Plays with foster sis. Is decent on walks, only pulls when eager to go sniff something. Potty trained. Can sit and shake. Fine letting new people enter the house. Cannot get enough cuddles and pets. Really just wants to be in whatever room you are in and then will settle down. Can handle the crate for short periods like for errands. Only concern is longer periods alone, is definitely an escape artist. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 7/10Housetraining Status: With a routine I am fully potty trained.I should do well in a home: I should do well in a home with kids given proper supervision, and other dogs given proper introductions. My friends at the shelter are unsure how I would do with cats.My favorite activities are: I love being wherever my family is, playing with my foster sibling, and catching some zzz'sThings I need work on are: Leash walking- I like to stop and smell the roses.Any special needs: N/ADoggy day out notes:"She did so good! She is such an active, loving dog, who wants attention and walks! I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, microchipped, and spayed. 3 words that describe me: Energetic, Affectionate, PlayfulThings staff and volunteers have to say about me: I'm a sweet girl with LOTS of energy! I love to run around and play with all kinds of toys! I'd make the perfect companion for an active family! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 8 or 9/10Housetraining Status: I am working on it, a consistent schedule and lots of praise will help me learn! I should do well in a home: I am required to go to a home with children 10 years and older. I am required to meet any dogs in my potential home. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I would do with cats.My favorite activities are: Exploring outside, being active, and getting love from my humans!Things I need work on are: Basic commands, housetraining, and walking on leash (I pull!)Any special needs: N/ADoggy day out notes:"Millie was a very sweet dog, full of energy! Millie will listen with treats. She loves going for walks, enjoyed the car ride, and the pup cup! She seemed to not be bothered by any people or animals. Friendly with kids, just likes to jump a little. She would be a great dog for somebody!""She was awesome, very social and happy. She loved hiking at Myrick Park and was very energetic. She also loved saying hi to everyone""Millie is an awesome dog. She has so many good traits. For starters, she is a love bug. She kept a part of her near me for the car ride there and back. Usually she was resting her chin on my arm or near my shoulder when I was driving or she leaned on me a little while resting her paws on the arm rest. During the walk: I let her get her zoomies out right away in a small parking lot area. After she got that out of her system, she walked like a little angel. She is so smart, sweet and loving. She displayed a lot of interest in saying hello to other people and other dogs. She is such a wonderful dog and she deserves a great home where she can cuddle and have fun. Oh, ahe enjoyed playing fetch with a stick. She also enjoyed getting head scratches.""Pretty was the sweetest puppy ever. i really enjoyed how tentative and kind she was. loves to be pet and pretty social. can pull a little on walks but once she calmed down she was fabulous. Thank you for a fabulous day!""She was good, very friendly with everyone she met. Did good on a leash but does need some work. Good in the car loved the open window. Loves a good squeaky toy. All around a joy to be out with.""She did great! She was well behaved and loves food!
