Story
Meet Wilma Wilma is a 1.5-year-old maybe-Boxer, maybe-mystery-mix, but one thing is certain… she is 100% adorable This sweet girl is currently thriving in foster care alongside two doggy friends and has proven herself to be an excellent housemate. Wilma plays nicely, respects boundaries, and takes treats ever so gently because this girl has manners. Her absolute favorite thing in the world? Cuddling. If you sit down, Wilma assumes it’s an official invitation for snuggles. Movie night on the couch? She’s ready. Personal space? She’s not entirely convinced that’s a real thing. Wilma may not technically be lap-sized, but nobody has told her that yet When she’s not busy being a professional cuddle bug, Wilma loves soaking up sunshine outdoors, exploring the yard, and bravely keeping rabbits in line. More than anything, she just wants to be near her people. Wherever you are, that’s exactly where Wilma wants to be too. Like many dogs, the kennel isn’t her favorite place, but she’s willing to negotiate for snacks. She keeps her kennel clean like the responsible lady she is! Wilma is also working on keeping all four paws on the floor when she gets excited and learning that shoes are not chew toys. She’s smart, eager, and making great progress every day. Wilma also LOVES bones and chewies. Hand her a good chew and she’s one happy girl. Overall, Wilma is a goofy, loving, sunshine-chasing, cuddle-demanding pup who is ready to bring endless joy, laughter, and love into a lucky home. Bonus good news: Wilma’s adoption fee has been fully sponsored! She is already spayed and up to date on vaccines. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend with a big heart and an even bigger personality, Wilma might just be your perfect match Apply to adopt at newleashdogrescue.com ##2740619##

Story
Meet Ruby Part cuddle bug, part comedy act, part unstoppable little tank. Ruby is a 3-year-old, 41-lb tripod girl looking for her forever home. This sweet girl has already overcome so much in her short life. Ruby’s front paw had been stuck in an abnormal position and dragged when she walked, causing sores and infection. After surgery to amputate the leg, Ruby bounced right back like nothing could slow her down. And honestly? That pretty much sums her up perfectly. Ruby is VERY spunky and full of personality. She loves being outside, exploring the yard, trotting around with her happy grin, and showing off just how fast a three-legged dog can zoom. But once she’s gotten her sillies out, she’s more than happy to turn into a total cuddle bug. She’s dog friendly, very sweet, a good listener, and has the softest velvety coat. Seriously… petting Ruby is basically therapeutic. Despite everything she’s been through, Ruby wakes up every day happy, goofy, and ready to love life. She doesn’t feel sorry for herself one bit, and neither should you. She’s thriving. 3 years old Approx. 41 lbs Dog friendly Heartworm negative Spayed Tripod & thriving $200 adoption fee Her adoption fee includes spay/neuter, microchip, UTD vaccines, heartworm test, and current vet check. Ruby is looking for someone who sees her not as “the dog with three legs,” but simply as the amazing dog she is. She’s ready for a family of her very own, a soft place to land, and a lifetime of adventures, cuddles, and love. If you’re preapproved, message us. Otherwise apply at newleashdogrescue.com. ##2750272##
