Story
Meet Lola! Lola is a 1.5-year-old Shepherd/Husky mix with striking amber eyes, a big personality, and an even bigger heart. Shes wonderfully goofy full of silly antics, playful energy, and that classic husky talk that makes her impossible not to smile at. She loves people, so expect plenty of affection, snuggles, and a sweet shadow who likes to be nearby. Lola has moderate to high energy and would do great in a home that can give her a bit of daily activity whether thats walks, playtime, or a canine buddy to help her burn off some zoomies. Shes friendly with kids and other dogs, though shed do best in a home without cats, as her instincts may tempt her to chase. Lola is crate trained, progressing nicely with house training, and is already spayed and fully vaccinated. Shes ready to bring laughter, love, and lots of personality to her forever home.

Story
Meet Stacy 🐾 Stacy is a 1.5 year old Husky/Shepherd mix with the most stunning eyes — one bright blue and one warm brown that make her even more unforgettable. She’s a very gentle, sweet soul who can be a little shy at first, but underneath that soft personality is a silly, loving girl just waiting to blossom. She does wonderful with kids, cats, and other dogs, especially calm and gentle dogs that help her feel safe and comfortable. Stacy loves to play, has a goofy side once she settles in, and is eager to learn and please her people. She’s both crate trained and housebroken, too! Stacy will thrive with a loving family that can continue helping her build confidence and show her how loved she truly is. With a little reassurance and kindness, she’s going to make an absolutely incredible companion for one very lucky family. She’s spayed, fully vaccinated, and ready to find her forever home 💛

Story
NEED ADOPTOR OR FOSTER ASAP. Nova is about six years old. She is blind. Her current human, Haley, loves her with her whole heart and would have kept her forever if life had let her. Haley is pregnant. Due in July. No support system to manage a senior blind dog and a newborn at the same time. The easy answer would have been 'take her to a shelter.' We knew the shelters were full. A senior blind dog goes to the back of the line at any of them, if she gets in at all. So we did what AAF does. We set up a foster-of-record arrangement. Haley stays with Nova until the baby comes. AAF pays for her food, her supplies, her vet care. AAF actively looks for the right adopter. A local groomer donated free grooming so Nova is shiny and ready for her adoption photos. Here is what Haley wants you to know about Nova. She gets around. She is not slowing down. She still plays with her toys. She loves car rides. She loves cats. She gets along with other dogs really well. She is blind, not anxious. She moves through her familiar space confidently and adapts to new spaces if you give her time. She is housebroken. She does not bark much. What Nova needs is a patient adopter who has had a senior dog before. If you have a cat, even better. If you take road trips and want a quiet co-pilot, she is your dog. She still has plenty of life in her. Haley is not surrendering Nova because she stopped loving her. She is doing the harder thing. She is asking for help so Nova ends up where she belongs instead of in a kennel. If that family is you, let's talk. All of our adoptions are spay/neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations, and microchipped. Animal-Angels Foundation is a Best Friends Network Partner, which connects us to the largest lifesaving network in the country. Our adoptable pets are also published to Adopt-a-Pet.com, the largest non-profit pet adoption website in North America. Through our Petco Love partnership, every adopter receives a 20 percent off coupon for Petco supplies on the day they take their new pet home. Wherever you find them, every adoption is supported by our 90-day Adoption Boost program and our Lifetime Return Policy.

Story
Meet Aspen. Aspen is a husky fox hound mix with a short white coat, a couple of light tan patches, and blue eyes that stop people mid-sentence. He is what his current family calls a shadow dog. When his person leaves the room, he paces between the front door and the back door looking for her. When his person sits down to work, he sleeps on her feet under the desk. He is the most loyal dog in the household. He is also the one his family is most worried about placing, because that bond is real and he gives it fully. He is also part kangaroo. He dances on his hind legs, jumps, runs, and plays in the dirt. He has the energy you would expect from a husky fox hound mix. Aspen plays well with the two dogs he lives with now. New dogs need a slow, structured introduction. The right home will take that introduction seriously rather than rush it. The right home also has a person who is around. Aspen gives his whole heart to one human and expects that human to be findable. If there are kids, they need to be 10 or older so the intensity of his attachment lands somewhere it can be returned. Aspen comes through AAF's Managed Rehoming program with full vet records, behavior context from his current family, and Adoption Boost follow-up at 7, 30, 60, and 90 days. He leads with love. He needs a home that can hold it.
