Story
Hi, my name’s Magpie!I`m known for my sweet nature and how affectionate I am once we get to know each other, though I do typically avoid strangers at first and am cautious around new people. My favourite activity is sniffing around and following my nose—there`s so much to explore! I`m looking for a forever home where I can share all the love I have; I would love to join a calm and relaxed family that will patiently build their bond with me.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Teenagers should be fine, no young children as I do have a timid side.OTHER DOGS: Yes, a respectful dog would be great! Some play might come as we get to know each other, but I don’t care for puppy exuberance.CATS: Yes, with a cat comfortable around large dogs.FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: I would do best with someone who has experience with timid dogs.FENCED-IN YARD: Not necessarily.HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: Any.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium.HOUSE-TRAINED: Yes.SPECIAL DIET: Yes, I’m on a hypoallergenic diet.MEDICATIONS: Yes, I take a daily oral medication to help with my itching. If you think I would make a good match for your home, please click the `Adopt Me` button to apply!

Story
Hello! My name is Dwight!I`m a sweet, affectionate boy with a lot of love to give. I am a very big shepherd and still growing so I`m looking for a home that likes big dogs! I can be anxious and therefore would benefit from a home with lots of stability and routine. I`m very smart and would be an excellent training buddy. I am looking for humans who want to do training given I`m still young and learning about the rules of the world.MY IDEAL HOME INVOLVES…CHILDREN: Yes, older and mature. I am still learning my size (and still growing!) so small and young children may be more likely to get knocked over.OTHER DOGS: Yes, a playful dog would be great!CATS: Potentially, with a cat confident around large, energetic dogs. FIRST-TIME DOG OWNERS: I would benefit from a home with previous dog experience.FENCED-IN YARD: Highly recommended unless you have a realistic plan to meet my physical exercise needs as a large, young boy!HOUSING ENVIRONMENT: Any with yard preferred.SOMEONE HOME MOST OF THE DAY: Not necessarily.SOME OTHER THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…ACTIVITY LEVEL: Medium-high. HOUSE-TRAINED: Yes.If you think I could be a good match for your home, click the “Adopt Me” button to apply!
