Story
Shadow is a purebred German Shepherd with AKC paperwork who came with our home. The previous owners were breeders and had kept him mostly outside (boo). When they moved they didn’t want him, so we took him in and have had him for about five years. Shadow is a goofy, sweet dog who bonds closely with his person and likes watching over the house and yard. He’s actually pretty low-energy and spends most of the day relaxing. He enjoys playing keep-away. He is house trained, great on a leash, and naturally heels without training. He knows sit and waits for the cue “good dogs” before eating. He has high prey drive. We are rehoming because he does not get along with our other male dog. We’ve managed it by keeping them separated, but with a baby on the way that’s no longer going to be realistic. Shadow cannot live with any male dogs or cats. A home with a yard and either no pets or a well-socialized female dog would be ideal. We have a female dog as well and they just ignore each other.

Story
I am looking for new safe home for my mother's dog, Sassy. She is a German shepherd mix, about 3 years old. She is very sweet and great with kids. She b is house trained and fixed. She has lived with anther dog her whole life but had recently showed aggressive behaviors towards her so it is probably best to keep her in a single dog home. My mom lost her husband a few years back and had tried to keep Sassy but it's just not working. She needs an active owner that can give her the attention she needs. Please help us find a new home for Sassy. She is young and energetic and needs a big space to run and play.
