Story
Nikki is a happy, young pup who is ready to find her furever home. She is about 12 months old, fully vetted and spayed. Nikki absolutely loves people and is a total snuggle bug. She wants to be close to her human and will happily sleep nearby just to be near you. She is very affectionate, sweet, and thrives on human connection. Nikki does well with other dogs, especially medium to large, young dogs who can keep up with her playful nature. She would also do great as the only dog in the home. Nikki does need to be fed separately from other dogs, as she can be protective around food. She has shown no issues with toys or bones. She is crate trained and potty trained. Nikki is a joyful, affectionate pup who just needs a home with lots of love. If you think Nikki might be the perfect fit for your family, please message us to learn more. Story
Meet Mia - the lively two-year-old who came from a high kill California shelter all the way to Texas looking for a home. Can that be with you? The ideal adopter would be an active person who loves a hiking and swimming companion animal...did we mention she loves fetch and balls!! Mia loves games and would thrive with a basic obedience class. She will excel with this kind of work. Mia loves training! She adores both dogs and humans. She is house and crate trained and destined to be that perfect family pet. Call us today and let's set up a meet and greet with our sweet Mia!!  May 22, 2024, 5:48 am

Story
Big Chief — Looking for a Softer Place to Land Big Chief is a male dog who appears to be a German Shepherd, weighing about 57 lbs. He is new to us, and we’re still learning more about his personality and preferences as he settles in. Right now, the shelter environment is a bit overwhelming for Big Chief, and he would truly benefit from spending time in a foster or adoptive home where he can decompress, relax, and show who he really is outside of the kennel. A home willing to offer patience and a calm environment could make a big difference for Big Chief as we continue getting to know him. If you’re open to fostering or adopting, he’d love the chance to take that next step with you.
