Meet Deedee! Deedee is a sweet, shy lady who made need some extra time before feeling comfortable in a new home. She has briefly lived with other dogs and was overwhelmed by the younger dogs' energy. Due to this, we think she may prefer to be a solo dog or to live with calm, more mellow dog. She hasn't had experience with young children, but with her nervous nature, we would recommend older kids who can give her space when she needs it. Once Deedee is comfortable, she loves to be by her people's side! She has a lot of energy and enjoys chasing after tennis balls. She's still working on bringing the ball back, but she has the spirit! This smart lady already knows sit and lay down. She's cute as a button and has a slight underbite that just adds to her charm! Come meet this sweetie today! *Adoption holds may be placed on available animals in person or by calling (320) 252-0896. An adoption hold reserves available animals for one day after the animal is ready to be adopted. More than one adoption hold may be placed on an available animal and will be honored in the order they were received. Adoption holds are $25 plus tax, are non-refundable, non-transferable and not applied toward the adoption fee. **Minnesota sales tax and an administrative fee ($20 for cats/dogs and $10 for small animals) will be applied to all adoptions. Donations and adoption fees help cover the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, microchipping, vaccinating, deworming, any medical procedures, and general care of all shelter animals.
