Hi! I`m Daisy!Weight 11.2#I will fit perfectly into your lap and look forward to finding a cozy home to call my own. I can be a smidge nervous when I meet you, but warm up quickly. I don`t mind other dogs, but definitely prefer more laid-back friends who just like to hang out! I would be just as happy to be your only child and get all your love, too. Staff are unsure how I feel about small children, it is recommended you bring them in to meet me.I do have severe dental disease which will require a dental in the future. This dental will be covered thanks to the genrosity of our Angel Fund. Staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about this!

Lucy is an 8 year old Shih Tzu. She is a lovely, family-friendly dog with a sweet disposition. Lucy has had recurrent urinary tract infections for 5-6 years now. All imaging (X-rays, ultrasounds) has shown no abnormality. Being on a specialty diet was initially helping, but being around small children whose food she has access to hasn’t been helpful in keeping her strictly on her dog food. We just do not have the time/energy to invest to make sure she is only eating her food, taking daily walks, and receiving the attention she deserves. She is house trained but does have accidents inside when her infections resurface. We will get her shots updated (she is just missing most recent vaccines).
