🐾 Looking to Rehome Reecie🐾 It breaks my heart to do this, but I’m looking for a loving new home for my dog, Reecie. 😞 • Age: 5 • Breed: Shih Tzu mix • Gender: female, spayed. • Personality: very energetic, affectionate, and playful. • Good with: cats, dogs, and older children . • Health: vaccinated, good health. Reecie loves going for walks, playing with her squeaky, chewing on her bone, and would do best in a home that has a fenced yard, is active, and doesn’t have young children. I’m rehoming because I will be moving in August to an apartment and I’m unable to take her. This decision was not made lightly, and I want to find the best possible home. Reecie will come with food, crate, toys, bed, and supplies. She is microchipped and that will need to be updated.

Story
Joe belonged to my father, so he was the only pet in the home, and would be best as the only pet in his future home. He will follow you around while you do chores, or nap by your feet. He is housebroken and enjoys walks 3-4x a day. He is very playful, loves to fetch his toys and needs sturdy squeaky toys. Lots of energy!Crate trained/sleeps in a crate all night quietly. Good with routines. Joe does bark a lot, and seems to have some anxiety issues--we are working with the vet on a medication to help Joe feel his best. It would be a tablet once a day, at the same time. He is very good about taking medicine!He will get into shorter trash receptacles vs tall kitchen ones. He has chewed up articles of clothing in the past.
