Meet Samson! Samson is an adorable 4-year-old male Shih Tzu, weighing in at a perfect 15 lbs of fluff and charm. He’s a sweet, gentle little guy who gets along wonderfully with kids, adults, dogs, and cats. He truly loves being close to his people — companionship is his happy place. Samson does require a special lifelong diet (Royal Canin Urinary SO) to keep him healthy. He is also an anxious chewer and will chew blankets, beds, toys, and anything soft for comfort — so no soft toys and items must be kept out of reach. He’ll need close supervision and a home that understands and manages chewing behaviors. Samson still has some accidents inside, but he is working on that. Because of this, local adoption only and dog experience is preferred. Samson would do best with someone familiar with canine anxiety and able to provide structure, patience, and lots of love. ✨ Loves affection and staying close ✨ Great with other animals ✨ Not a fan of grooming — gets anxious If you’re an experienced dog owner looking for a loyal, loving little companion with a big heart, Samson is your guy.

Meet Falkor, a 2- to 3-year-old dog weighing 18-20 pounds. He is housebroken, crate trained, and demonstrating good behavior around other dogs, older children, as well as cats. Falkor enjoys cuddling and watching TV, although he does not yet appear to be familiar with toys. He is seeking a forever home. He is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations.
