Meet Falkor, a 2- to 3-year-old dog weighing 18-20 pounds. He is housebroken, crate trained, and demonstrating good behavior around other dogs, older children, as well as cats. Falkor enjoys cuddling and watching TV, although he does not yet appear to be familiar with toys. He is seeking a forever home. He is fully vetted. Vetting includes spay/neuter, microchip, rabies and all puppy vaccinations. Harry and Sally came together into our rescue. Harry is about one year old, weighs 20 lbs, is heartworm negative and has had the proheart shot. Both these dogs have not been as socialized with humans as they need to be. They have both been with me a little over a week. They will run up to me and wag their tails but are less likely to want to be picked up. Both are using my doggie door and playing well with other dogs. They will need a patient person who allows time for the dogs to acclimate and want to be affectionate. We hope to keep these dogs together, their adoption fees are $200 each. Sally is a 9 lb one year old female shih tzu/yorkie mix? She came with Harry and they seem to be pretty bonded. May be siblings. Both dogs are timid with people but love other dogs. Skittles was owner surrendered To horn lake animal shelter. She is three y.o. and about 13 lbs They reached out to rescue because skittles was so afraid and was growling at everyone except one employee. She has been very good with me after her first 24 hours. I gave her a safe spot where she can get used to the rest of the household. She likes her kennel and will come in and out of it. She has seen both a groomer and been spayed without incident. She does take time to warm up to people so I think her ideal space would have no small children and limited other people In the home.
