   Our senior girls Cutie and Evie, are little but in charge!  This bonded pair, Cutie (blond 12) and Evie (brunette 11) are the best! The girls recently lost their dad and needed a place to land. They have been loved their whole life and it shows. They love everyone and all furry friends. Cutie and Evie are two senior girls that do not act their age. Their fantastic foster family said they are movers and shakers for a little while, then nappers for a long while. Cutie is sweet and loving. She is very happy to snuggle her day away. Evie is sweet and sassy. She lets you know what she wants and when she needs it. They love walks, backyard play and lots of snuggle time. They enjoy all size of dog friends. They currently live with a Doberman, a Shih Tzu and two great kids. They really love kids. However, we do feel children over 5 would be best for them. They are seniors and deserve all the love and attention. Cats, we don’t know, but we think they would be no problem! Cutie and Evie are heathy, UTD on shots and scheduled for dental cleaning in May. Story
Toby is a good dog, but has been with Grandma for his entire life, living at the farmhouse. Grandma just moved in with us but has dementia and never potty-trained toby. He will go if he is taken outside, but unfortunately we are not home during the day. He needs a loving person to help train him and set him on the correct path as an indoor dog. We already have a dog and a cat, so Grandma will just have to give her affection to those animal instead. He also gets really excited when we have company and fusses if left alone. We plan to be away much of the Summer and cannot take him with us. He seems to get along with children really well, but not other animals. Please give him a good home

Frankie the Zuchon (Shih Tzu/Bichon) is a happy, funny, energetic pup guaranteed to add some life to any party! His lovely fluffy coat was shaved down but he will be so adorable when it grows out, and will need regular grooming appointments to keep him looking his very best. Great with kids of all ages and good with other dogs his size, Frankie could even live peacefully with cats. In his foster home he is learning proper house manners and to be crate trained at night. Frankie would love to have a canine sibling and a securely fenced yard to romp and play in! The suggested adoption donation for Frankie is a minimum of $700 and goes toward the high cost of veterinary care for our rescue dogs.Wag N Train Terrier Rescue adopts to an extended geographical area as long as we can locate a local volunteer to perform the required home visit. Approved adopters are required to travel to Omaha, NE to pick up their newly adopted dog. We do not arrange transport, or fly our rescue dogs without a "pet nanny". All of our dogs that come from a commercial breeding facility require a securely fenced yard AND a resident companion dog, unless the dog's bio states otherwise.
