***PLEASE READ BIO BEFORE APPLYING***   Ori is a 5-month-old pup who came into rescue due to ongoing issues with going to the bathroom on her own. After being evaluated at CARE, it was discovered that she had a structural issue blocking her rectum. She underwent multiple veterinary visits to stretch the rectum, and while that obstruction was addressed, she continued to struggle with passing her bowels and required additional vet visits to clean out her colon. The good news is that with her current routine, Ori has not needed a vet visit for this issue in over six weeks.   Ori is currently on medication three times a day to help soften her stool and is fed canned puppy food mixed with water. Her stool consistency can vary, and because of that she often needs butt baths and close monitoring to be sure she is using the bathroom regularly.   This is likely a lifelong condition for Ori. That said, she has a routine that works well for her, and she is living a happy, comfortable life.   Beyond her medical needs, Ori is such a sweetheart. She loves curling up on your chest, cuddling close, and falling asleep feeling safe. She likes fluffy stuffies she can shake around and enjoys rope toys for a good game of tug of war.   Ori will need a home with someone who is around most of the time to monitor her, give her medications, and keep her on her routine. She needs an adopter with patience, a big heart, and a sense of humor who is not afraid of doggy diapers. In return, she will give you endless love, trust, and snuggles.   ##2527683##

Prince is a 13-15 year old shih tzu mix.  Found as a stray, this sweet boy faced numerous health hurdles, including severe eye and skin issues, which ultimately led to the loss of one of his eyes. But don't let that fool you-he is thriving now, healthy, happy, and ready to snuggle up with his person under the fluffiest blanket. Though he's blind and deaf, Prince is incredibly loving and affectionate. His perfect day is spent in the company of his favorite humans and animals (he's great with both cats and dogs).
