Story
Lucy came from a rescue when she was 12 weeks old. She is timid to new people but does warm up. She is puppy pad trained but will go outside also. She has bitten me when I startle her at night in bed. Usually when I move. She does not like her nails done so I do use a muzzle and a blanket or towel doing that. She is a loving lap dog that just needs the right person who will love her and treat her well for the rest of her days

Story
Lucy is an 8 year old Shih Tzu. She is a lovely, family-friendly dog with a sweet disposition. Lucy has had recurrent urinary tract infections for 5-6 years now. All imaging (X-rays, ultrasounds) has shown no abnormality. Being on a specialty diet was initially helping, but being around small children whose food she has access to hasn’t been helpful in keeping her strictly on her dog food. We just do not have the time/energy to invest to make sure she is only eating her food, taking daily walks, and receiving the attention she deserves. She is house trained but does have accidents inside when her infections resurface. We will get her shots updated (she is just missing most recent vaccines).

Max is a super small but mighty puppy. He currently is fostered with kids, dogs and cats. He is a typical puppy and does chew on things. He is working on potty training but will use potty pads.
