Story
I adopted Dora (and her sister, Lola) when she was 8 weeks old. She is only 5lbs but is the alpha female. She can be yappy. Dora is the one that will bark to alert for a potty break. She's a great watch dog barking at any outside noise and will want to go outside to investigate. She is very independent and does not like to be picked up. She does like to cuddle but she will come to you. Dora has been skiddish from day one. She still flinches every time anyone tries to pet her (including me). Dora and Lola are now 11 years old. Lola and Dora are a package deal. They came from the same litter and have never been apart.

Story
Lola (10 lbs) is the quiet cuddly one. She likes to be held like a baby and have her belly rubbed. Lola also loves to eat. She grazes the food bowl about 5x's a day as evident by her belly. She will clean any crumbs off your floor. Lola is potty-trained but sometimes gets confused by carpet. In new spaces with carpet she may try to go potty there. When she needs to go out, her sister, Dora, is the one that starts to yap. Lola will come to you dancing around and making a little whine noise. Lola has no problem quickly scarfing down her treats. She will take Dora's treats from her if she doesn't eat hers quick enough. Lola and Dora are a package deal. They came from the same litter and have never been apart.

Story
Vivie is a tiny 6-pound, 7-year-old Yorkie with the sweetest disposition and a face that’s pretty hard to resist. She’s healthy, house-trained and has been a much-loved member of our family. She’s accustomed to being our only pet, and I believe her happiest next chapter would be with someone who wants one very special little companion to love and spoil. My children are leaving for college and my travel schedule is increasing, which is the only reason I’m considering finding Vivie another home. There is absolutely no urgency. I’m looking for the right home, not simply a home. Ideally, I’d love to find someone who is home frequently—perhaps retired or working from home—and who wants a little dog to truly be part of their everyday life. Vivie is not spayed and will be placed strictly as a companion pet, not for breeding.
