Story
Rook is a beautiful Flamepoint Siamese born in August with striking coloring and an incredibly loving personality. He is a gentle, affectionate cat who loves being close to his person and soaking up attention. Unfortunately, our busy household with small children has proven to be too stressful for him. Rook does best in a calm, quiet environment, and the noise and activity of our home causes him a lot of anxiety. Additionally, my husband and infant have allergies, so we want to find Rook a home where he can truly thrive. Rook does have feline herpes (very common in cats) and has experienced some urinary sensitivity, so he would do best with an attentive owner who can provide a stable, low-stress environment. With the right home, he is an incredibly sweet and loyal companion. He would likely do best in a quiet household without young kids but teens are fine... possibly with someone who enjoys a calm, affectionate cat.

Story
At just 4 months old Pearl was wandering the streets of Phoenix while sick. Until she was saved by a good Samaritan that didn't want to see her suffer. We aren't sure what her life was like before that, but this little girl is incredibly sweet and enjoys meeting new people. Pear is energetic and loves to play with toys. She will play with any toy she finds but especially loves wands. She enjoys watching the birds outside a window. She is your typical Siamese, in that, she is very chatty. When she's ready for a nap, she will curl up beside or on top of you. Pearl’s ideal family would have the time to give her lots of attention. She absolutely loves kids and would thrive in a home that had a child to play with. Pearl does fine with other cats, it just takes her a long time to warm up to them. We are unsure how she does with dogs. Pearl is a Siamese mix. She is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, snap tested, dewormed, and her blood work is normal.

Story
Evy is a beautiful young cat, about 1–2 years old, with a gentle and loving heart to match her looks. She can be a little reserved at first, taking her time to feel comfortable in new surroundings, but once she does, she happily leans into snuggles and affection and is a constant companion. Seems to have lived with dogs before and is okay with cats. Evy is a blue-point Siamese mix with the beautiful blue eyes of the breed. She is current on vaccinations, is spayed and is microchipped. Our adoption fee for one altered adult cat (1 year to 7 years old) is $85 which helps cover expenses (vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchips, food, housing) for the homeless pets United Animal Friends rescues. There is a discounted adoption fee for a second cat that is adopted at the same time. If you have any questions or to adopt a cat from United Animal Friends (UAF) an application must be filled out. Filling out this form does not obligate you to adopt, but gives us the information needed to make sure the pet is suited to your home. From the Petfinder website (Petfinder.com) click the ‘More About Us Button’ and then click on the ‘Adoption Application’ button that will take you to the United Animal Friends website. Then follow the UAF website directions below: From the United Animal Friends website: Select "Adoptable Cats" and pick the cat you are interested in. Story
Mallow is an affectionate, talkative girl who used to roam the streets of our neighborhood. She got pregnant and brought her kittens to us, so we fostered her & her litter until they were old enough for adoption. They were all adopted into new homes, but Mallow had to be brought back to us because she was very hostile to the other cats in the house. **Mallow must be the only cat in her new home.** We suspect that she also won't get along with dogs or other small animals. She is an absolute sweetheart to humans. **Mallow has tested positive for FIV, which is why she cannot be placed in most shelters or adoption agencies.** FIV is not fatal, and FIV+ cats typically live long, healthy lives. Story
Mildred is an elegant 11‑year‑old Siamese mix with a calm, gentle presence and eyes that seem to hold a lifetime of quiet wisdom. She lives with stage 2 kidney disease, which is currently well‑managed through a specialized diet, good hydration, and routine veterinary care. Mild symptoms such as increased thirst, more frequent urination, or slight weight loss can be typical at this stage. With proper management, cats like Mildred can continue to live comfortably for several more years. Personality-wise, Mildred is a relaxed couch potato who enjoys observing the world from a cozy spot rather than being in the center of the action. She’s a bit of a wallflower and lone wolf, preferring peaceful environments and slow introductions. While she may take her time to feel secure, once she settles in, she’ll softly squeak for attention and even initiate gentle pets—a sweet sign of the trust she builds with her people. Mildred would do best in a calm home with children 7 years or older who can respect her space. She is selective with other cats and would need slow, thoughtful introductions if sharing her home with one. Dogs are a no for her, as she prefers a quiet, dog-free environment. If you’re looking for a serene, low-energy companion who appreciates soft voices, warm blankets, and patient love, Mildred may be the perfect match. She’s ready for a peaceful home where she can enjoy her golden years in comfort and security. Adoption Requirements: Medical Wavier, Older Kids 7+, No Dogs in Home My adoption fee is $100 and includes the following: -Spay/neuter surgery -All current vaccinations -Microchip -FREE wellness exam through VCA Animal Hospitals -$25 gift voucher from our friends at My Pet Market
