My favorite place is right beside my people, soaking up affection and leaning into every pet with pure happiness. I've got a wonderful purr that starts up the moment you show me a little love, and I don't mind being picked up and cuddled, either. I'm an easygoing, even-tempered girl who believes life is best enjoyed from a cozy couch or comfy lap. While some cats like excitement, I prefer quiet moments, gentle attention, and plenty of relaxation.   I enjoy being brushed and actually need regular brushing to help me keep my fur soft and silky. I'm also quite tolerant of small dogs and don't get worked up over much. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate couch potato who will happily spend her days keeping you company and reminding you how much you're loved, I just might be your perfect match. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi, I’m Zucchini! Life didn’t start out easy for me. I was found in a bin with my five tiny babies, and from that moment on, my job was to keep them safe, warm, and loved. I’m proud to say I did my best, and now all five of my kittens have found wonderful homes of their own! With my mom duties complete, it’s finally my turn to be spoiled. I absolutely love being the center of attention and will happily soak up every bit of affection you have to offer. Talk to me, pet me, play with me, tell me about your day. I’m all ears! I’m an outgoing, friendly girl who genuinely enjoys being around people. These days, I’m especially grateful for the simple things: regular meals, a soft cozy bed, and loving humans who make me feel special. After working so hard to raise my family, I’m ready for a home where I can be cherished just for being me. If you’re looking for a sweet, social companion who will gladly return all the love and attention you give her, I think we might be the perfect match. Love, Zucchini. Sam I Am tested negative/negative, today, at his vet appointment. We took him in from an At-risk Risk situation and had him fully vetted at Sheltering Hands, Inc. Clinic. He was neutered, vaccinated, chipped, dewormed, blood tested and flea prevention. We had two cats sterilized this morning. We had TWELVE done on Monday and have 3 cats going on Friday. This handsome guy could use a foster home but what he REALLY needs is a FOREVER home. He does come from a known history through the finders. They've been caring for him a few weeks but they are unable to adopt him. He will require some time to decompress , but it won't take him long. Located in Ocala FL. ##2683434##

Artemis could not have had any control over where she was adopted. she landed in a wonderful family that loves her very much. what that family couldn't have known is that Artemis really doesn't enjoy the chaos of young children. while she does receive love and lots of attention, she really would prefer a more laid back lifestyle . not all cats are cut out for the kid bit. she doesn't want to be grabbed around the rib cage and carried around like a toy. she's a more refined lady and would really just appreciate quiet days and book reading . she gets on OK with the other cats and dogs. she's not aggressive to the children they just create stress for her. in her current situation this has caused her to hide often in her cave and occasionally urinate inappropriately just outside the litter box . we are confident this is not behavior that will continue if she is put in the right environment. she's expressing herself in the only ways she knows how and we hear her loud and clear ! she's coming into our care August 13th 2026 . if you're reading this it means she is available :) please feel free to text us at 352-843-6858 for an application and with any questions you may have  ##2816598##
