Casper is partially blind and relies heavily on his sense of smell and memory to navigate. Because of this, he does not enjoy being picked up unexpectedly. Sudden movement can startle him, and he deserves an adopter who understands that his boundaries are about safety — not attitude. He was born with eyelid agenesis, a congenital condition where the eyelids do not fully form. Without proper eyelid protection, the hair around his eyes rubbed against his corneas, leading to limited vision. Despite this, Casper adapts beautifully when given a stable environment. He memorizes layouts quickly and thrives with consistency. Tater is one of the children of my cat. He is fun, playful, and has a very strong personality. Very expressive! He even sighs when he is annoyed. He is loving and kind, but can be annoying at times.
