Story
Zina is a very sweet, affectionate girl.  She can be a little clumsy at times but loves to curl up in your lap for pets and snuggles.  She will most likely be your shadow and is very curious as to the daily lives of humans.  She has not been around kids or dogs so we aren't sure how she will do but she seems fine with other cats.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Her adoption fee is $200 To adopt Zina, email us at kakf3133@gmail.comMay 22, 2024, 7:34 pm

Story
Zion is a quiet soul.  He prefers to be an observer than to be in the mix of everything.  He does enjoy pets on occasion but usually only for a short period of time.  He is very independent and wants to just survey his kingdom from his perch.  He does great with other cats and didn't seem to mind the dog in the house either.  He wasn't playing with the dog but didn't react to him when they saw each other.  He has not met kids and due to his quiet nature would most likely not like younger, energetic kids, but would probably be fine with older children.  He is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $200 To adopt Zion, email us at kakf3133@gmail.comMay 22, 2024, 7:34 pm

Story
Hello! I'm Garnier! I came to St. Sophia's as a tiny petite little thing with a little pooch. I was pregnant! Which is absolutely bonkers if you saw how teeny tiny I was, I looked like a teen mom, probably cause I was. I had three gorgeous little girls shortly after but sadly they were all very tiny at birth and one of my girls didn't make it. I took amazing care of my two remaining babies, Tresemme and Loreal and when three other babies, (Pantene, Dove, and Suave) only five days apart from mine needed help, I rose to the occasion and raised them as my own. Now they're growing big and strong and don't need me as momma milkbar anymore and I'm ready for my own chance to be the kitten I never got to be. I may be a mom, but trust me, I love to be babied. I love affection and attention from humans. My favorite thing is to curl up in bed right next to my foster mom and watch tv and relax, and once I've got some good zzzzzs it's on to the catnip. Oh do I LOVE the nip. I may be a bit of a fiend. I will play with just about any cat toy even with the crummy pet store catnip but oh my do I love the good stuff. My foster mom gave me these toys she got me from the cat convention in Chicago with special homegrown catnip (at least that's what I think, really I just snagged it from her cats and I'm NOT giving it back) and wow is all I can say. Please hit up Tacocat Creations and get me some more of that good stuff. Once I've gotten my zoomies out of my system, I'll be ready to just lay back and chill with my favorite humans. I get along with other cats, not like they're my favorites, I prefer playing with my toys over other felines but I wouldn't mind sharing a home with a sister or brother or two. Dogs are okay, like ones who don't get in my face are fine but their yapping is a bit much for me. Could I live with a dog? A chill one sure, but most dogs are too much so I'd really prefer a home without them. Human children? Absolutely a yes as long as they're gentle and got hands to pet me! So, are you my new mom or dad?  Garnier is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, treated for worms, and combo-tested negative for FIV/Leuk.  Her adoption fee is $125. For more information, please call or text 847-773-7639 or email info.stsff@gmail.com. Please note: We cannot hold cats for any reason. Please do not apply unless you are ready to meet and welcome a new companion into your home within 3 days of applying. ##2056588##

Story
Hello, I'm Hugo, a charismatic 5-year-old Flame Point Siamese mix looking for my forever home. The first thing you will notice about me is that I am shockingly good-looking, with my orange/buff coat and piercing blue eyes. But I am so much more than just a pretty face! I am currently in foster care, and my foster family has a lot of good stuff to say about me:"Hugo is a big cat with a big personality. He's gorgeous and he knows it! He has a lot of confidence once he has gotten comfortable with a new place and its people. He can be a little shy at first but squeeze up treats are an easy way to gain his trust. He is a very quiet cat, but once he sees someone with a treat, he will express his excitement with some tiny, adorable meows. Then he will make multiple passes in which he rubs his whole body on their legs to thank them for their generosity and to indicate that they are now his favorite people in the world. He is playful- wand toys and feathers are his favorites. He is very affectionate on his own terms and will let you know when he wants to be left alone by giving some gentle smacks. Hugo is a social, yet independent-minded guy. A curious cat with an adventurous spirit, he is very intelligent, which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your perspective! He can open cabinets, and if he does not appreciate the way you have placed the cat furniture, he will rearrange things to suit his needs. He does well with people of all ages as long as his boundaries are respected. If they aren't, he will most likely remove himself and find a quiet place to be alone. He is quite a character and would make a colorful addition to most homes!"As you can see, I am quite a catch! If you're ready to welcome a loyal and affectionate companion into your life, apply to meet me today!
