🐾 Meet Maple — A Sweet Flame-Point Siamese with a Big Heart Maple is a handsome flame-point Siamese with a gentle personality and a love for both playtime and people. He’s the kind of cat who fits beautifully into family life and brings warmth wherever he goes. Maple loves toys, especially tiny fuzzy mice, feathers, and other small, soft cat toys. He’s perfectly happy playing on his own, but he also enjoys having cat playmates and will happily join in group play sessions. When playtime winds down, Maple is all about cuddles and closeness. This sweet boy adores kids and isn’t scared of dogs, making him a great match for a busy, pet-friendly household. He uses the litter box flawlessly and is a wonderful house companion who enjoys being part of the daily routine. Maple isn’t overly vocal, but he does like to stay connected—if he finds himself alone in a room, he’ll let you know he’d rather be right there with you. He loves to follow his people from room to room, soaking up companionship and offering quiet affection along the way. Affectionate, playful, and easy to love, Maple would make a fantastic family companion for anyone looking for a sweet, well-rounded cat who enjoys both activity and snuggles. Pete is a 13-year-old senior cat looking for a quiet home and an owner to love him. His owner died and it’s been a big adjustment for him to move to a foster home with a lot of cats, some who bully him. Previously, he lived with one cat and several small dogs. Pete is shy with strangers and will likely hide, so he will probably do better in a calm environment. With his family, he wants attention. He’s not a lap cat, but he likes to be nearby and to be petted and have his head scratched. He likes to sleep on the bed near his person but he’s also known to find a cozy, hidden spot where he feels safe and nap there, too. Pete is a picky eater. He loves treats and seems to do best on a dry hairball food. Right now he’s shaved because he was matted. His new owner will need to brush him often. He mostly likes fish wet food but doesn’t always finish it. Pete has been around small kids but would do best in a quiet home with just adults and kids who visit. Pete was born approximately September14, 2012, and his adoption fee is $125. He is neutered, up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming, is microchipped, and tested negative for feline leukemia virus. During the week, all our kitties live in licensed foster homes, and while most do come to the adoption center each weekend, not every kitty attends every weekend. Meet Jelly Roll 💙 Jelly Roll is a handsome young boy, approximately 6–8 months old, with stunning lynx point Siamese coloring and soulful blue eyes. His journey began when he was rescued from a mobile home fire, and he has been recovering in his foster home from what appeared to be smoke-related irritation. He’s doing much better now and continues to grow stronger every day. Jelly Roll is a gentle, sensitive soul. He can be a bit shy and cautious at first, but once he feels safe, his affectionate nature shines through. He loves being petted and held, and one of his favorite ways to show trust is by rubbing his face right up against yours for sweet head bumps. In his foster home, Jelly Roll has formed a very special bond with a younger kitten named Max. The two are almost always found snuggled up together, and Max has helped bring out Jelly Roll’s playful side with joyful wrestling matches and chasing games. Their friendship has helped Jelly Roll gain confidence, and they clearly bring out the best in each other. Ideally, Jelly Roll and Max would find their forever home together, where they can continue to cuddle, play, and grow side by side. Jelly Roll would thrive in a calm, loving home with patience and gentle affection—and with Max by his side, he’s ready to start the happiest chapter of his life. 🐾✨
