I’m a Siamese mix, and yes, my fur is as silky as it looks—and these baby blues? They've seen years of love, naps in sunbeams, and the occasional daring leap for a treat. Truth be told, I don’t crave adventure. I’ve done the zoomies. I’ve chased the shadows. Now, I just want love. A cozy spot, soft voices, and gentle hands that understand how precious quiet companionship can be. When you sit, I sit. When you sigh, I purr. I’m not demanding, just devoted. We have had our sweet boy for 6 years, we got him as a kitten from a family friend. He loves to cuddle. He loves to scratch scratching posts and loves to play with any kind of string toys. He has never scratched/ruined anything he wasn’t supposed to. He has always been an indoor cat only. He does have a history of bladder infections in the last couple of years. He is very skittish around dogs, and young children, or really any people that he doesn’t know, but once he knows you he is the biggest sweetheart. He has grown up around one other cat and they’ve always gotten along fine, he’s never been around any other cats so I’m unsure how he would adjust to being around other cats. I think he would thrive being the only animal in the home if possible.

From the moment he arrived, he made himself right at home—quickly becoming friends with both his foster dads’ cats and the other foster kitties. He’s especially bonded with his best buddy, Possum. The two love to wrestle and play (it can get a little noisy!), but it’s all in good fun and full of love. Nimari is just as devoted to his humans as he is to his feline friends. Every morning, he happily hops up onto the desk to say hello, pacing back and forth until he gets the attention he deserves—especially if it comes with a good back scratch (his favorite!). Recently, Nimari reached the sweetest milestone: after being more of a “short visit” kind of cat, he curled up right under his foster dad’s chin one night and stayed there, soaking up all the love. Nimari is looking for a calm, stress-free home where he can truly thrive. He will need a playful male kitty companion close to his age (within about 5 years), as having a buddy is very important to him.
