Story
Meet Sangria! She’s a beautiful, sweet girl who loves being brushed and spending her days lounging by a sunny window. Sangria is an independent kitty but will absolutely turn into a cuddle bug when she’s in the mood. She loves to scratch, so having plenty of scratchers will keep her happy. Sangria is part of a bonded pair with Bombon, and I prefer they go together. ❤️if they do they will be coming with automatic feeder, litter robot and whatever toys they have Unfortunately, we have to rehome them due to my son’s asthma. They deserve a loving home where they can stay together and thrive. If you’re looking for two sweet companions, please reach out! https://www.adoptapet.com/pet/46465205-knightdale-north-carolina-cat

Story
This pet was brought in as a stray and will NOT be available for adoption through our program. All stray animals brought in are posted on the gallery to hopefully be reunited with their families. Each pet is evaluated upon arrival, and throughout their stay, at the Animal Center and we do our best to place the animal in the setting most appropriate for them. Sometimes, they may be better served through one of our Transfer Partners due to the intervention needed, ongoing care required or a quieter setting for that individual. We want our animals to put their best paw forward. If you are a 501c3 rescue and are interested in partnering with WCAC to help this pet, and others, you can find more information on how to help at: https://www.wakegov.com/departments-government/animal-services/community-partners/transfer-program If this is your pet, please contact us immediately at AnimalCenter@wake.gov Primary Color: Pointed- Seal Weight: 3.63 Age: 0yrs 3mths 0wks

Story
Icy is an 11 year old Lynx Point Siamese, (snow tiger). She is a sweet girl who likes to curl up on your lap but prefers not to be handled excessively. She likes to sleep with her humans, but on her terms, so keep the bedroom door adjar. She's intelligent, playful, mischievous, talkative, observant and determined. When she has her sights set on something she wants, she'll let you know, and will keep letting you know until you finally understand! She has her claws but is NOT an outdoor cat. She's not crazy about vet visits so you will need your vet to prescribe a nice anxiety med before you go.

Story
We have been feeding the ferals around our store fairly regularly for a year, and we noticed this sweet boy show up about July on the cameras. He had an injured back leg and we tried to capture him, but failed. But recently, we saw that he had an injured front foot and severe bites and scratches from the feral toms. He was allowing us to pet him and was coming around more often to get food and love regularly, and we realized he was once a house cat that someone dumped out or abandoned. Well we were able to capture him on Friday (12/6) and took him to our vet for care. The foot and it was just a bad bite injury. We also did the bloodwork and found he was FIV negative, but FeLV positive. I have a cat at home and my employee has 2, so we couldn't take him to either of our homes. He is staying here at my store in an office is litter trained, we are unable to keep him here too much longer and would love someone interested in a loving lap. Vet says he is 2-3 years old.

Story
I’m a big, handsome boy with a striped tail and a touch of Siamese charm. When I first arrived at Alley Cats & Angels, my first instinct was to hide to feel safe, but I’ve made huge strides! Now, you’ll find me out and about most of the time. I’ll need a little patience and a slow introduction to my new home, but trust me—with a little time, I'll blossom into your most devoted friend! My favorite plaything? Wand toys! I’ll chase them as long as you’re ready to play. I tend to do my own thing and don’t engage as much with my littermates, so I’d be perfectly happy as your one and only. My perfect home is calm and cozy, without too much hustle and bustle. Ready to meet your gentle guy? Est. DOB: August 13, 2025 Fully vetted: treated for fleas, ear mites, and intestinal parasites, tested for FeLV/FIV (negative unless otherwise noted), spayed/neutered, up to date on all vaccinations (including FVRCP+FeLV [initial vaccination and booster] and rabies), and microchipped with shelter paid registration.
