Spider-Man is a seal point Siamese male cat believed to be about two years old. He is one of the 38 cats rescued from a hoarding house where the cats were living in horrific conditions, without adequate food, water, sanitation, or relief from the extreme heat.Spider-Man came to us having never received the basic veterinary care every cat deserves. He had never been vaccinated, and shortly after his rescue, he became critically ill with panleukopenia. He barely survived. After everything Spider-Man had already endured, he had another enormous fight ahead of him. Thankfully, he made it through. Today, you would hardly recognize him as the desperately sick cat we were once fighting to save.Spider-Man has regained his health and turned into an incredibly playful, outgoing, and fun-loving boy. He is full of personality, loves to play, and seems determined to make up for all the happiness he missed during the first years of his life.Spider-Man is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready for adoption. He survived neglect. He survived panleukopenia. Now Spider-Man is ready for the part of his story that should have been his all along: a safe home, a family who loves him, and a lifetime of simply getting to be a happy cat.
