Doris is an incredibly sweet and cuddly cat. She was a stray in our neighborhood due to being abandoned by her previous owners. Eventually, we started to notice her health severely declining so we felt obligated to bring her in to give her a chance at a happy life. She is FIV positive, but FIV positive cats can live a full and happy life. We already have 2 other cats who do not get along, so we cannot keep Doris long-term but she needs and deserves a loving forever home. Please reach out if you have any interest in adopting her!

She is a granny through and through and would love to be the only animal in a quiet home, as she doesn't love a ruckus. With seven years under her belt she's a lady that knows what she likes. Whether she wants attention, or would like to be alone she'll let you know how she feels. She isn't a fan of being held, but she does love a good scratch and will rub her fluffy cheeks against you.
