While life has been a big adventure for this little guy, he's been working hard to discover that people aren't so scary after all! Rooster can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but don't let that fool you—his curious personality is always peeking through. He may hang back at first to take everything in, but before long you'll find him exploring his surroundings and building the confidence to join in the fun. Because Rooster was a little behind on socialization, he'll need a patient family that's willing to let him settle in at his own pace. The good news? He's already made incredible progress in a short amount of time and continues to grow more confident every day. With a little love, encouragement, and understanding, this sweet boy is sure to blossom into a wonderful companion. Meet Smooch! 💙 Smooch is a handsome sweetheart with the most striking icy blue eyes that seem to sparkle in the sunlight. After being surrendered by his previous owner, he's been taking his time learning that people can be trusted—and every day he grows a little braver. This earnest, gentle boy is happiest when he's cozying up near his favorite people. While he may be a bit shy at first, Smooch is incredibly curious and highly motivated by pets and gentle scritches. Once he feels comfortable, you'll often find him snoozing high up in his cat tree or tucked away in a quiet corner, happily keeping an eye on everything around him. When the sun goes down, Smooch's playful side comes out! He loves chasing wand toys, batting around pompoms, and rolling around with a sprinkle of catnip. He's also been making tremendous progress with his foster's resident dogs. With slow, thoughtful introductions, all signs point to Smooch being a wonderful companion for a home with canine friends. Smooch has excellent litter box manners, enjoys his meals, stays well hydrated, and is ready to settle into a loving forever home where he can continue building his confidence. Hello, my name’s China. I’m a compact little kitty, 8 years old, and I’m really nervous right now. The shelter’s a weird place for me to be and I’m still processing the change. I have a couple of shelter friends who I now like to be pet by, but it takes me a while to warm up. I just had some teeth removed and have a head cold which is contributing to my shyness. If you take me home, with patience and a little extra TLC, I bet you I’ll be a cuddly companion to you! I come from the same home as the other cats in the room with me so I’m used to living with other cats. I’d really appreciate a cat who knows what a personal bubble is though, that’d be more my jam. This handsome guy is Rigby! And maybe your soon to be new best friend?! Rigby is a beautiful, talkative, and lounge-y Siamese. He adores laying on your lap, rubbing up against your legs, and getting those prized ear rubs. However, he does get overstimulated, so being able to read kitty body language (and knowing when you need to cease the petting) is a must, otherwise he’ll give a good nip! His favorite toy is his “Da Bird” play wand which you’ll get with his adoption; tease this wand in the air and watch Rigby fly! He will even do full body flips through the air trying to catch the love of his life: his “bird”! If you are in need of a talkative and handsome boy to show off to your friends, apply for Rigby!

Rey is a sweet and quiet cat. She is used to living with other cats and would thrive in a quiet, loving environment. She loves to be pet and will even follow you across rooms and on counters with a cute little shimmy to receive them. She does not enjoy being picked up. Rey would do well with non-dominant cats (ie no bullies).
