Smokey is the sweetest kitty youll ever meet. He is shy at first, but INCREDIBLY affectionate and forms deep bonds with his person once he’s comfortable, as you can see in the photos. He’ll never forget to remind you about breakfast and he loves to cuddle and be held like a baby. Because Smokey is such a sensitive soul, he sometimes shows stress through his bladder (a common condition in cats called FIC). The good news is that with a steady routine, lots of love, and a urinary-support diet, he does wonderfully. In the right home, he’ll be a happy, healthy companion for years to come. He CAN be adopted with his bonded buddy, Little Chef, but it is not required. Smokey would also be perfectly content being someone’s one-and-only. Our friend and rescue partner, Ruth of Tip My Ear, answered a knock on her door and there they were, in the arms of neighborhood kids. Of course, she took them in and called us right away, as she had nowhere to put them. They are precious. They are smart. They are purry. They are brave. They are hilarious to watch. George came to us as a tiny little guy, all alone, and he liked it that way! He kept himself quite entertained. Soon, however, he made lots of friends, including George and Silas.
