Story
Goldie's mom was a Silver Tabby Maine Coon, but a bit on the smaller side. That trait didn't reveal itself in Goldie, tho! She's a very large girl! Goldie is so gentle; when she wants attention, she ever-so-calmly paws her foster mom's nose. Goldie, her mom and siblings were rescued from the streets a few days after the kittens were born. Goldie can be a little shy, but she will come around if you approach her calmly and slowly so she knows she's safe. Once she trusts, she trusts with her whole heart. This girl is a total couch potato, especially if the couch is in the sun! She does like to sit NEXT to her foster mom, not ON her lap; She loves to curl up in the crook of mom's arm to go to sleep for the night. Goldie has the most unusual coat - there's a lot of gold fur mixed in with the various browns. Her coat is very plush and does require regular combing. Goldie doesn't like to be brushed or have her claws trimmed, but with the appropriate treats and sweet-talk, she can be persuaded. She's seen here with her kitty friend, Hart, and cat-loving doggie, TyTy. Sadly, Hart AND TyTy left for the Rainbow Bridge, and now Goldie doesn't have a a dog to chill with, and she's not partial to any of the cats, although she gets along just fine with them. Personality Traits: Friendly, Affectionate, Gentle, Curious, Independent, Quiet, Couch potato, Loves kisses, Playful, Dignified DOB: 4/18/18

Story
Sammy is "special needs" as he needs a seasoned human, who is willing to patiently work with him to bring him out of his shell. He really doesn't know if he can trust humans, because he was abandoned out in the cold, cruel world, and he was being beaten up by other strays. We don't know anything else about his history. A good Samaritan saw what was happening to him, phoned us requesting we take him in, and we said, "Bring him!" Sammy was quite shy for the first few weeks at the Sanctuary. When he was ready, we opened his condo door so he could come out and join the others. However, he stayed in the open crate for days! Eventually, his curiosity got the better of him, and Sammy ventured out into the "kitten room," where he allowed us to approach and pet him. He's a very quiet, sweet boy. As for children, he'd be much more comfortable with a very gentle, older child. He seeks comfort with several of our other cats, especially Silas, who makes up in love-seeking what Sammy currently lacks. DOB: 3/1/22 Friendly, Gentle, Curious, Independent, Quiet DOB: 3/1/2022

Story
Archie is special needs, but it may only be temporary - he came down with what is known as "Pillow Foot," and is being treated. It's just affected his front paws and it is slowly resolving with treatment (apply CBD oil three times ao the paws). Our vet doesn't want to put him on steroids, so we are going with the holistic approach. Archie recently had a significant dental procedure and his mouth is all good now. Archie (along with Suki and Alfie) came to our Sanctuary at two months old, having been born to a feral stray . This litter of kittens was quite shy for several months after arriving but have become very outgoing and affectionate. Archie is a big orange ball of mellow and is pretty active. Nothing fazes him, and he's very affectionate. Archie has a new lady friend, petite little bottle baby Francesca. Talk about robbing the cradle! She's six months old. He's 3.5 years old. She weighs 5 lbs. He broke the scale at 17 lbs. Both are very sweet and would love a together forever home. If interested in meeting Archie and Francesca, obtain an application at www.thelittlecatsrescue.org. Story
Hi! This is Midnight. She currently lives in Palm Harbor Florida. Midnight is looking for a new family as her current family can no longer care for her. She currently has a brother Max, who is a Chihuahua, and they get along great. She is approximately 11 years old and is litter box trained. She enjoys being brushed while sitting out on the screened in patio, soaking up the sun. She is declawed and spayed as well. She loves pets and is the sweetest! Please help me rehome this sweet kitty.

Story
Gianni was adopted June 2020, He a love bug, a combination of calm and active pet. He's curious and likes being able to take small trips outside (porch/park) with his trusted human by his side. His favorite pass time is running on his treadmill to burn off some extra energy. He loves play time but adores getting pet even more. We're seeking someone who is patient as he shows more of his characteristics and is overall more comfortable, calm and confident. He's shy of change so please be patient with him. He is sensitive/scared of loud noise, with a sensitive stomach. He does best with a routine.

Born Toulouse, I adopt Toulouse from an animal rescue in 2022. Affectionately known today as Cat, I am no longer to keep him. I am relocating to a new home that will only allow for my two ESA animals. 😞 Cat is super affectionate, super vocal 🎶 and super chill as long as he has three square meals☺️ He's great with everyone - dogs, cats and kids, and love to lay on the patio or go explore. Cat will be a fantastic addition to any family or added partner for any single person. Thank you for your consideration to takeover loving my Cat...♥️🥹

Story
Hello, My cats name is Mr. Cuddles. He is a so lovable, that is why we gave him his name. He is 10 years old and 100% a well mannered cat. He also understands some commands. Mr. Cuddles loves to cuddle a lot and has never shown aggression toward anyone. He is a very easy cat to maintain. I wish that our family could keep him, but unfortunately I am not allowed to have animals under my lease agreement. If you are seriously interested in meeting him please contact me. I do not want to send him to a shelter because he deserves his own comfort zone. Thanks for your time.💜

Story
We adopted Nugget almost a year ago from the humane society. She had been given up by her previous owner because the roommate was allergic to cats. We had 2 cars prior to Nugget coming into our home, but our 15 year old tuxedo cat passed away. Our remaining cat Curious George missed his buddy and seemed lonely, so after about 3 months we decided to adopt. Nugget stayed in our bedroom first till she got used to us and then we introduced the 2 cats very slowly, exactly the way you are supposed too. It did not go well. George did not take to the new "intruder" and when he hissed at Nugget she struck back. Since Nugget has claws and George doesn't, he couldn't fight back. He has had his eye hit and his nose raked many times. After trying everything suggested, for poor George's sake we need to find Nugget a new home. She can be very affectionate, sleeps with me and follows me around. She just needs to be in a home where she is the only cat and can have all the attention she so desires.
