This beautiful little toasted marshmallow was found hanging out in a feral cat colony in Lilburn. After getting her fixed as a feral, her rescuer quickly discovered that she is not only gorgeous, but incredibly affectionate! They just could not bring themselves to put her back outside, so we are now searching for a forever home where she can live the indoor life she clearly craves! Penelope acts like she has never met a stranger - she loves attention and wants to be pet and cuddled by everyone. Give her a chance, and she is sure to win your heart! Penelope is ~8 months old, spayed, vaccinated, and FIV/Felv negative.  Adoption fee: $100December 26, 2025, 10:03 pm

She is tentative but Noelle Joy helps her with her confidence. She likes to be around everyone once shes comfortable but prefers not to be picked up. She loves to be brushed but doesnt tolerate a lot of pets. She likes TV, treats and toys.
