Dixie is 9 years old, she adopted my family back in 2016 when one cold November afternoon she was howling on our roof. My wife alerted me that there was a cat stuck on our roof and I needed to help her down. She sheepishly came close to me and let me pick her up without getting nervous or upset. That week she stayed in our garage as we left the door open for her to go out and come back in anytime she pleased. Eventually she began wanting to stay with us in the house, so we accommodated her she was very content with us and our 2 dogs. Eventually as time passed we got 2 more cats and one of our dogs passed and that left us with Dixie and just 3 other pets. Currently, we have reached a point where we must let someone take Dixie from us as we can no longer afford the cost of food and shots for her. She will be a great addition to your home if your looking for a quite and friendly cat for you or your family.
