Meet Bonnie: Bonnie is about a 2 year old (as of February 2026) Shih Tzu mix (best guess) that weighs 9 pounds. Bonnie was surrendered to a shelter by her owner who said he couldn't take care of her anymore. Bonnie was very underweight when she was surrendered but is working on packing on some pounds. Bonnie is currently being fostered in the south and would love to take the freedom ride north to Pennsylvania to meet more prospective families. Bonnie is a wonderful dog that is playful and very affectionate. Bonnie is agile enough to jump onto furniture and any lap that's available. Bonnie gets along well with other dogs and plays well with puppies much younger and twice her size. Bonnie would be great with children and any home with people that want a constant companion. Bonnie is currently house trained to a doggie door and may need some patience while adjusting to a new method. We would love for Bonnie to have a home with a fenced in yard so she can run and play freely, but it is not a requirement. Bonnie is up to date on her shots and is spayed. Hiya, I`m Blu ! I`ve unfortunately come back to the shelter after living with my family for a few years. I found a lovely home where I was well cared for, but they fell on hard times and were unable to keep me. I am a loyal and affectionate pup, but I do have some stipulations for my furever home. I have lived with a small dog and would be willing to do so again with a proper introduction. However no big dogs please. I also am not a fan of cats. I can be protective of high value items such as toys, treats, and food with my housemates, and small children are not my cup of tea. I am open to living with kids 13 and older who can respect my boundaries. I admit I also need some help with potty training. I have lots of love and companionship to share if you`ll give me a chance. If I sound like I could be your perfect match then let`s meet!---If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
