While they are not bonded, Winnie does enjoy having Roo around and gets along well with other dogs. This quiet sweetheart loves gentle pets and has an easygoing personality. She is dog friendly, kid friendly, and would do well in a home that appreciates her soft, loving nature. Winnie is the kind of girl who doesn’t ask for much — just a safe place, kind hands, and someone to love her. Winnie is Heartworm Positive and rescue will cover her treatment.

Roo is a sweet, silly little girl who was pulled from Fort Bend Animal Services with his friend Winnie. While they are not bonded, they do enjoy each other’s company. Roo can be a little timid at first, but once she feels safe, her playful personality starts to shine. He gives kisses, initiates play, bounces around, and has the happiest little smile. She is not nippy, but he does get nervous about being picked up and prefers to keep his paws on the ground. Roo is dog friendly and would do best with playful dog companions who match her energy. She can be barky when new people or dogs come around, but that’s just his true small-dog energy showing. With patience, play, and a home that understands his quirks, Roo will make such a fun and loving little companion.
