Selesta and Her Six Small Miracles Selesta arrived at the shelter with nothing but hope—and a belly full of babies. She was homeless, pregnant, and desperately in need of help. This beautiful Snowshoe Siamese mother-to-be had no idea her life was about to change forever. Just as rescuers from Small Lives Matter Kitten Rescue arrived to take her to safety, Selesta went into labor right there at the shelter. She gave birth to six tiny miracles before being moved to a quiet foster home, where she and her kittens could rest, grow, and thrive in safety and love. Together, Selesta and her six kittens; girls Sequin, Senova and Sesame and boys Seymour, Seville and Seph are a beautiful symbol of resilience, hope, and love. Each one has a distinct personality and charm, but all share the same gentle, trusting nature that makes this family so special. Whether you are drawn to Selesta’s calm grace or her kittens’ joyful energy, they are all ready to bring warmth, laughter, and love into their forever homes. Selesta (Mama) Selesta is a stunning female Snowshoe Siamese with deep blue eyes, cream and chocolate-colored fur, and white paws that look like soft slippers. She is affectionate, expressive, and loves to “talk,” often chatting when she wants attention or a treat. Despite her difficult past, Selesta remains gentle, trusting, and endlessly sweet. She enjoys batting at crinkly toys, chasing feather wands, and soaking up sunshine from a cozy windowsill. Selesta is an extraordinary mother and a graceful, loving cat who will bring calm and warmth to any home. We have dozens of cats and kittens available! He was found outside, navigating the world on his own, but despite his rough start, he has remained a quiet, sweet soul. Frosty is timid at first and takes a little time to feel safe. But once he feels secure, Frosty begins to open up and show just how loving he can be. He’s the kind of cat who forms a deep bond with his person — offering soft companionship, quiet moments, and a love that feels extra special because it was earned with patience and kindness. Meet Padme, a very petite little girl who may not grow much bigger than she is now. This tiny beauty was found on someone’s property while pregnant, facing the world scared and unsure. As a first-time mom, she didn’t know how to care for her babies, and kind humans stepped in to help before she made her way to rescue. Because she’s had such a frightening start to life, it took Padme quite a while to trust her foster mom. But once she did, her loyalty blossomed. Now, she seeks her out whenever she sees her, quietly asking for comfort and reassurance. It’s been especially heartwarming to watch her discover that she has a “voice” — these days she’ll chirp and meow when she’s happy or hungry, proudly making her needs known. Padme is still adjusting to the children in her foster home and may do best in a calm, adult-only household where she can continue building confidence at her own pace. While she isn’t currently a lap kitty, she has already come so far that anything feels possible. In fact, she now happily sleeps on the bed with her foster mom — a huge milestone for this once-terrified girl. With patience, love, and understanding, Padme will continue to blossom. She may be small in size, but her journey shows just how big her heart can grow.
