Story
Greetings, my friends!  I’m THE SAINT (DOB: 06/24/2023), a female Seal Point Snowshoe mix. I can be a bit shy and will need patience in my new home until I can learn to trust, so I would probably do best in a home with adults only.  And, like with any pet in a new home, I will definitely need an adjustment period with my new family. You can tempt me treats and canned kitten food, and reward me for my good behavior.  I definitely like to observe my surroundings before I jump in and get involved.  I will definitely adjust well with one of my siblings in my new home, but will also adjust well to another kitty already in my new home. I am spayed, up-to-date with vaccines, FIV/FeLV negative, dewormed, have received flea preventative, and am microchipped.  My adoption fee is $125.00 (but if you adopt me with one of my siblings, our adoption fee together is only $200.00).April 27, 2024, 4:07 pm

Story
We got Walter 10 years ago as a kitten from Petland. Petland originally told us Walter was a boy, hence the name. We didn't find out until months later that he was a she, but by then his name was her name. We don't think she minds too much, though. She's a very affectionate and often articulate cat, which seems to be a Snowshoe trait. She can be timid around new people at first, but quickly warms up and becomes curious. After 11 years of pet ownership, it's no longer something we want, so we want our cats to go to a good home who will give them the attention and quality of care they deserve that we are unable to give. For Walter, this may include putting her on a diet. She's very energetic and wants to play, but we live in a small apartment and we admittedly aren't great about playing often. Given the right toy, she will entertain herself for a long while, but we know this hasn't been enough. Litter box, bag of litter, bag of food, beds, toys provided.

These pups are in Newnan, Georgia too!

Story
NOT FOR ADOPTION YET!! One day, Tillman (aka, Tilly), began displaying worrisome symptoms that no one at the shelter could fully grasp – his everyday actions took on an obsessive nature, and he became crestfallen, tortured by something unseen. Tilly had scabs, no fur in areas, aggressive skin issues. Tilly was soon diagnosed with hyperesthesia - a condition unknown to many but a harsh reality for him. It caused him to descend into compulsive grooming and self-mutilation - damaging his beautiful coat and scarring his skin. At the same time, his unsteady gait and seizure-like symptoms left him frightened and confused. His once sparkling personality was rapidly replaced by suffering and incapacitation.Tillman’s battle against hyperesthesia is ongoing, but he is far from defeated. He has shown unwavering strength despite the heart-wrenching reality he is facing. You can support Tilly on his road to recovery and aid future rescues by making a donation. Please consider digging deep into your hearts today for Tilly and his fellow animal friends in need at Newnan-Coweta Humane Society. Your contribution can create an enormous difference in these innocent lives!https://cuddly.com/donate/4932307/tilly?fbclid=IwAR1PDYL2GF-nMAfv9Z8uUhtH7Hb7a92pHsC6auO5HQng0V284S0-SagCr0s
