Hey there — I'm Mozart, a magnificent 3-year-old Saint Bernard with a striking red and white coat! 🐕 I'm a strapping 118-pound guy who's already neutered and crate trained, ready to settle into your home. I absolutely love kids (older children are best for me- only becausei am much larger than most kids!!) I get along wonderfully with other dogs, which means I'm built for a bustling household. I'm affectionate, friendly, and adventurous — the kind of companion who'll be by your side for every adventure. 💛 Before you adopt, please know that I'm heartworm positive and will have completed care when u adopt me. The rescue is taking excellent care of me, and with the right family and vet support, I can live a full, happy life with you. Come meet this lovable giant! 🦮 but hurry!! This sweet big boy will find an amazing family soon!! Local adoption fee is $400 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $ 650 (includes transport to your area)

Story
Winston is 19 month old neutered AKC Registered Saint Bernard. He has had training and is a huge gentle giant. He currently lives with two other dogs, but would absolutely do best as the only dog. He is absolutely the sweetest, but does have food aggression towards other dogs and with his size he has hurt our other dogs when he senses any food around. This is the case regardless if there is dog food or if humans are eating. Due to this, we will not rehome him to a home with other animals. We've been feeding him separately from the other dogs out of sight, and he hasn't had any issues with dogs eating since doing this, but if there is food out on the counter or in the kitchen he'll become aggressive towards the other dogs even if they walk by the area with food. Aside from the food issue, He is really just a big love and wants to snuggle up with all 120 lbs of him. In addition to the above, my son has developed a severe allergy to his saliva, so we are unable to keep him in the home.
