Cheddar is a 3-year-old neutered Bernese Mountain Dog/Blue Heeler mix, around 40 lbs. He is a sweet, loyal, affectionate dog who loves being around his people and absolutely loves fetch. He is house-trained, non-destructive, and has lived well with a young child and other dogs. Cheddar has lots of personality and would do best with someone who enjoys being active and wants a dog to spend time with. He could use a little more leash training, and he can be excited around open doors, other animals, or when he gets bored. He is not crate-trained and becomes anxious when confined. He has no known major medical issues, though his vaccinations need updating. We are hoping to find him a loving, permanent home where he can get the time, activity, and companionship he deserves!
