Oakley is a princess in search of a kingdom. She loves people, playing with people, napping next to people and all things involving people. She is not a huge fan of being without her people and will need some help and tools to get her to accept alone mode. (Ask our staff for ideas) When she is unsure of a new situation she will look to her people for support and security. Story
Feta has been a lovely dog. We bought her from an AKC breeder when she was 8 weeks old, and she has been a great addition to our family. When she was a little more than a year old, she injured one of her rear legs; it healed, but then, after another year, she reinjured it. As a result of that injury, she overcompensated on her other leg and injured it as well. She has since strengthened both legs, and though she never had surgery to fix them, she shows no signs of injury. For this reason, however, she is not a very active girl anymore. She loves to run around and go on walks, but doing so too much causes her to be sore and limp for the days following. She is very content to just lounge around the house, and our many friends and family love her. We are looking to rehome her because we have 2 very young children, and our life has grown so busy that we feel she would be given more attention and pampered more in another home. She is great with kids of all ages and other pets.
