Story
Huck Finn! Joyful and happy ten month old 64 pound black and white male neutered male Saint Bernard/ American Pit Bull mix, current on inoculations, Huck loves everybody he meets; even going to the veterinary hospital is  an adventure. He likes to play hard, running as fast as he can, then settle down for a long nap. And he also loves his toys, the company of other big dogs, and just being goofy! Needs a home with a large yard where he can run around and experienced dog owners, best with big dogs and children over 10 just because of his own size. Has not lived with cats so best in a home without cats. In board and train, training continues after adoption. Story
Toby doesn't come with one of those kegs around his neck as we see on TV, but he does come with lots of love and energy. He's a year and a half, neutered, up to date on his shots, house trained and knows some basic training such as going in his crate (but he's not a huge fan of being there). Toby weighs about 123#, he's good with children but doesn't know his own size. He's a snuggler, he is happy gently holding your hand in his mouth while walking around, or carrying his stuffed animal around the house. He does have a problem with being left home alone and will bark to show his displeasure so that is something a new owner will have to work on. He has had no exposure to cats but seems to do okay with other dogs. He needs more exercise and attention than his current owners can give him so if you've got the time and the patience to get him through the rest of his 'puppy' stage please fill out an application on our website and once you are approved we will put you in contact with his owners. His adoption donation will be $300March 27, 2024, 12:22 pm

Story
Bernie was saved from a shelter from a friend and they had cats, which turns out Bernie does not like cats.. so I took him in and he has been a great dog for the last 6 years. He’s about 8 years old now and getting some hip dysplasia, so he is starting to have trouble walking. With my schedule for work I’m not home a lot so he has to be in the backyard. Due to that, he keeps on escaping. I've done everything I can to build barriers to keep him in but it’s not working. He needs attention and people to be around and I want him to be in a place to where he can be an inside dog around someone most of the day and showered with love. He Is very good around children. He is good with puppies but Im not sure about other adult dogs. I just want him to have a good place for the time he has left and to be loved. I’m just not home enough to give him the attention he needs. It’s very upsetting but I think this is for the best.
