Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Bernie is a one-year-old full saint Bernard that is very playful and was an owner surrender due to him having too much energy for the family that had adopted him. Like all 1-year Saints, they can knock over the children playing. The previous owner had 3 small children under the age of 5. This is one of the reasons why we will only adopt to families with children over the age of 5. Bernie is gorgeous, he does like to mouth to get your attention and is still needing to learn not to jump up on people. He is healthy and has had wonderful care from the previous owner. He is neutered, current on all vaccinations and heart worm negative. He still needs to gain more weight. He is approximately 100 pounds and is in that lanky tall stage where he has not filled out completely. Bernie needs a home where he will get needed obedience training and have a person or family that is patient with him and will give him lots of love and attention. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Our Saint Bernards are not aggressive or mean in any way, they can just knock down children easily. If you would like to visit our pups please contact St. Cloud's Rescue at www.stcloudsrescue.org or call 972-679-5319. The first step in adopting from St. Cloud's Rescue is to complete an application. The application may be found OUR WEBSITE at www.stcloudsrescue.org. Please click on the application process, complete and then email it. Once the application has been sent please call us to confirm that we have received it. St.Cloud's Rescue maintains the right to deny applications to anyone for any reason we see fit. St. Cloud Rescue is a non-profit 501-c-3 organization. St. Clouds Rescue requires new owners to purchase a one year supply of heartworm preventative from us, which is at cost. We require a home visit prior to all placements. All our dogs must be microchipped at a cost of $20.00. There is a $350.00 donation fee. All dogs adopted through St Clouds Rescue must be indoors. St. Bernards can not tolerate the Texas heat.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Nana is the mother of Sullivan, the 7-month puppy. Both were found to be strays. Nana weighs approximately 110 pounds and has a beautiful rough coat. She is spayed, current on all vaccinations and heartworm negative. She does have an extra long tongue which she was either born with or it was due to trauma sometime in her life. It does not affect her ability to eat or drink, she just has a very long tongue. She is approximately 2-3 years old, has a great disposition and is ready and looking forward to finding a wonderful new forever-home. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Story
Sullivan is a gorgeous, 7-month-old pure Saint Bernard puppy. Sullivan was a stray puppy that was found with his mother, Nana. Sullivan is approximately 65 pounds and is as cute as a button. He is about 85% potty trained and has a very deep voice for such a little boy. He will be neutered by the middle of November. He is current on all vaccinations. Sullivan is, however, a special needs Saint. He was born with hip issues on one of his back legs. Most of the time it does not affect him, and we are not sure as he grows older what the expectations will be of his hips. We are happy to discuss his medical needs in more detail. He is currently not on any medication and runs and plays fine. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Our Saint Bernards are not aggressive or mean in any way, they can just knock down children easily. Story
Ethel and Lucy are our two newest Saints that we received. They were stray dogs that have not been cared for in a long, long time. Both girls weigh approximately 55 pounds. They are both walking skeletons at this point, but they love their food and still love people and have great dispositions. They both seem to be house trained. They are current on all vaccinations but are not yet spayed. We are waiting till September to have them spayed in order to get their health in better condition prior to surgery. They will always be smaller Saints where the goal weight would be about 85 pounds. They are heartworm negative. They are enjoying being inside in the air conditioning and never having to search for food. They love their dog beds and roll on them with a sigh of relief that St. Cloud's Rescue is her helping them to enjoy life again. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Molly is the cutest little Saint Bernard you would want to find. She is approximately 1 year old and is the sister of Lucy. She weighs 75 pounds, give or take 10 pounds. She is still underweight, but we believe she is still growing. She loves people and loves other dogs. Molly will be spayed on 8/9/23, along with her sister Lucy. Her vaccinations and heartworm tests will also be done then. She is about 75% housetrained. Lucy and Molly are extremely hard to tell apart. The only real difference is Lucy is much thinner. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Our Saint Bernards are not aggressive or mean in any way, they can just knock down children easily. Story
He is a very large boy, tipping scales at 105lbs. Goliath is nearing 2 years old and is mild mannered and fairly docile. He is dog friendly, but can throw his weight when he decides to, so larger dogs in his future home is ideal. He is vaccinated, neutered, dewormed, heartworm negative, and is microchipped registered with us at this time.  Goliath is also house trained and crate trained. He is a very sweet boy that gets along with most other dogs including several play group friends here at the rescue.  Working homes will be considered with the understanding we have never been able to test Goliath around livestock as we do not have any,  If you are interested in adding Goliath and all his large glory to your family, please visit RedstoneHuskyRescue.org/adopt and fill out his adoption application.  ##1380011##
