Story
We would like to introduce you to Sweetie. She came in with her litter mate Sugar. They are are both 1 1/2 years old and are full Saint Bernards. They each weigh approximately 100 pounds and have lived together since birth. They came to us due to a family emergency when the owner could no longer care for these fun-loving, full of energy and playful pups. Sugar and Sweetie are two girls that are so kind and do not have a mean bone in their bodies. They are just needing a home that will take them to obedience training and teach them the normal dog commands. They love baths, don't mind nail clipping and will sometimes come when you call them. They will be spayed in the later part of July. They are both crate trained. Our goal is that these two girls. go to the same home. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Our Saint Bernards are not aggressive or mean in any way, they can just knock down children easily. If you would like to visit our pups please contact St. Cloud's Rescue at www.stcloudsrescue.org or call 972-679-5319. The first step in adopting from St. Cloud's Rescue is to complete an application. The application may be found OUR WEBSITE at www.stcloudsrescue.org. Please click on the application process, complete and then email it. Once the application has been sent please call us to confirm that we have received it. St.Cloud's Rescue maintains the right to deny applications to anyone for any reason we see fit. St. Cloud Rescue is a non-profit 501-c-3 organization. St. Clouds Rescue requires new owners to purchase a one year supply of heartworm preventative from us, which is at cost. We require a home visit prior to all placements. All our dogs must be microchipped at a cost of $20.00. There is a $350.00 donation fee. All dogs adopted through St Clouds Rescue must be indoors. St. Bernards can not tolerate the Texas heat.

Story
Tucker is between 2 and 3 years old. He has been neutered, very underweight and is heart worm positive. He is great with all people and all dogs that we have introduced him to. He is afraid of thunderstorms and people shooting guns or fireworks. He is gorgeous and very polite. He does not jump up on people and is very low maintenance. He needs a Great Home where he will be loved and cared for. He will come with one year of advantage, multi heartworm preventative, and flea preventative that will be an additional cost to his adoption fee. That cost will vary depending on how much he weighs at the time he is adopted. This product is sold only by weight. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Story
Ethel and Lucy are our two newest Saints that we received. They were stray dogs that have not been cared for in a long, long time. Both girls weigh approximately 55 pounds. They are both walking skeletons at this point, but they love their food and still love people and have great dispositions. They both seem to be house trained. They are current on all vaccinations but are not yet spayed. We are waiting till September to have them spayed in order to get their health in better condition prior to surgery. They will always be smaller Saints where the goal weight would be about 85 pounds. They are heartworm negative. They are enjoying being inside in the air conditioning and never having to search for food. They love their dog beds and roll on them with a sigh of relief that St. Cloud's Rescue is her helping them to enjoy life again. In concern for families with small children, we will not adopt a dog to a home with any child under the age of 5. This is due to the large size of Saint Bernards and the safety of your children. Story
Hey There! I'm Thelma! I'm a 1 year old, female, Anatolian/Collie mix that weighs 70 lbs. I was found with my good buddy Louise on Old Millwood Rd in Rockwall on 07/19/2023 and sadly never reclaimed. I sure can't wait to find my furr ever home! I walk well on a leash but I will need someone with the patience to provide me with training so I can be the best family pet I can be! I do get along with other dogs but a meet and greet with another other resident pets is recommended. I am super affectionate and love big ol' hugs from my people! My adoption fee is $125. I am spayed, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, basic boosters, and heartworm negative!  All animals, unless otherwise noted in their description, are at 1825 Airport Rd. in Rockwall, TX. Hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturdays 9 am to 5 pm. For questions, please call 972-771-7750 ext. 2 or email info@RockwallAdoptions.com. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense. September 28, 2023, 3:21 am
